One of my favorite souvenirs from studying abroad has always been my Nomination bracelet.

I collected charms everywhere I could, but not every destination had one to represent it. Instead of leaving those memories out, I designed my own.

Budapest — Parliament Building Ibiza — DJ stand Copenhagen — colorful houses London — Big Ben Mykonos — iconic windmills

This was such a fun exercise in designing at a tiny scale while creating something I’d actually wear. by @byaddieruth

This past semester, I was tasked with redesigning a nonprofit website. As someone from Asheville, North Carolina, I chose a local organization that is close to my heart, Appalachian Wildlife Refuge⁠. Through this project, I reimagined the user experience and visual design while highlighting the organization’s mission and impact. I had so much fun bringing this redesign to life and creating a digital experience that better connects users with their important work. #redesign #uxdesign #uidesign #graphicdesign by @byaddieruth

One of my favorite projects from the semester: Savin’ Bacon. Built from the ground up with an incredible team, we started by pitching three original concepts before landing on Savin’ Bacon—a budgeting app designed to make saving money feel approachable, engaging, and even a little fun. For this project, I was tasked with selecting and redesigning an album cover. While I created a series of nine redesigned albums, this piece quickly became my favorite. It challenged me to push my creativity, experiment with collage techniques, and develop a concept that felt both visually striking and true to the spirit of the album.
