Hoooly 💩

Running (/walking) 100 miles was indeed the hardest thing I have EVER done

I feel so proud that I finished this tough race 💪🏼

my lowest point was after climbing over 3,600 ft in the peak heat of the day, over 102 degrees

Around only mile 28, I thought, this is it, how am I supposed to keep going for 70 MORE MILES?!!

Thanks to @gabegoneastray for reminding me why I was here. I put quitting out of my head and just put one foot in front of the other

In the end it took me 31 hours and I am still feeling so grateful and proud of the whole experience

Also btw this years race was SUPER tough because of the heat and a little smoke, some stats

134 runners at the starting line
41% finished (55 finishers)
59% dropped out 😱

I placed 43 overall and 7th female!!
Would I do it again? Fuck yes.

Check out my story for more pics and deets about the experience ✌🏼
