To any woman going through something similar, I see you 💗

And I promise you, it does get better. So much better.

But like any other pain, it takes time to heal.

Until then, find the little things that bring you joy, even in the darkness.

Move your body.
Make new friends.
Spend time in nature.
Create new memories.
Come back to yourself.

And slowly, you will begin to see that it all happened for your highest good.

Lots of love,

No one prepares you for the day your favorite person becomes a stranger.

One day you’re planning your future together.
Talking about where you’ll live.
The names of your future kids.
The life you’ll build.

And then…

They’re just gone.
No goodbye that makes sense.
Just silence.

When it happened to me, I was 13,000 kilometers away from home.

And while I thought I was just grieving the relationship and facing the fear of being alone so far away from home I also realised something much deeper..

I was finally meeting the abandonment wound I’d been carrying for years.

As painful as it was, I genuinely believe God put me in that situation because it was the only way I would stop running from it and finally heal it.

Today, I’m grateful.

Not because I was abandoned.
But because it forced me to become someone who would never abandon herself again.

If there’s one thing I want every woman to remember, it’s this:

Love deeply.
But never abandon yourself in the process.

Protect your heart.
Keep your independence.
And never trust someone blindly.

The right person won’t ask you to give those things up.

Everyone says healing takes time.

But healing also takes crying until you can finally breathe again.
Laughing with your friends until your stomach hurts.
Long hugs that make you feel safe.
New memories, unfamiliar places, and little moments that remind you life can still be beautiful.

Time doesn’t heal you on its own. It’s what you choose to fill that time with. ❤️ by @byblaga

Do I have any friends from Amsterdam on this app👀

Come with me for a chaotic travel day to Amsterdam for my birthday week with my besties. ✈️

These are my last days of being 27, and this birthday feels especially meaningful. After everything the past few months have brought me, I’m entering this new chapter feeling genuinely excited about life again.

One thing heartbreak has taught me is the importance of friendships. The people who sit with you through the pain, remind you who you are, and help you feel excited about life again are truly priceless.

Never forget to nurture the friendships that feel like home. Romantic love isn’t the only love capable of changing your life.

Be careful what you pray for.

I prayed for true love, and my relationship fell apart. I prayed for friends who truly support me, and all of them disappeared. I prayed to overcome my fear of abandonment, and I was left alone on the other side of the world. I prayed for a big life, and God sent me big challenges.

Every dream you carry in your heart comes with a price. But it also comes with a lesson. And if you’re brave enough to keep going, keep praying and keep trusting God, one day you’ll understand that every prayer was answered.

If you’re also learning how to start over and trust where life is taking you, follow along. @byblaga by @byblaga

It’s funny now when I think about how I believed I was meant to be with this man.

And looking back, the crazy part is that while my mind was completely convinced, my body was telling me something totally different.

My skin got really bad. I started losing my hair. I lost my sleep. I would have stomach pain for days. Even my health results started getting worse.

And somehow, I still didn’t connect the dots.

I kept thinking I was just stressed, that things would get better, that we would figure it out. Because in my head, losing him was still scarier than everything my body was putting me through.

And then I did lose him.

It hurt, obviously. But after some time, something unexpected happened… I started feeling better.

I started sleeping again. My skin improved. My hair stopped falling out. I had more energy. I started travelling, training, laughing with my friends and slowly feeling like myself again.

And that’s when it really hit me.

Sometimes your body knows before you do.

Please listen to it. It might be trying to protect you before your heart is ready to let go.

Human psychology is actually fascinating, because once you understand how the brain works, you start understanding why leaving someone who hurts you can feel harder than staying.

Our brains hate uncertainty.

To the nervous system, familiar = safe.

And the scary part is that familiar doesn’t necessarily mean healthy.

And yet, our brain can still choose it over the unknown.

We really do prefer a familiar hell over an unknown heaven. (and we don’t even realise it)

I understood this on a completely different level after my breakup.

Sometimes what feels like “I can’t live without this person” is simply your brain saying:

“I don’t know who I am without what I already know.”

The unknown feels terrifying at first. Then, little by little, you build a new familiar.

Until one day, peace becomes more familiar than chaos ever was..

Your reminder to trust God’s plan, especially when it looks nothing like the plan you had for yourself. 🤍

In June, I was celebrating 600 followers while quietly trying to rebuild my entire life.

I had been left behind in Bali, heartbroken and thousands of kilometres away from home, with absolutely no idea what was coming next.

But I kept showing up. I kept sharing. I kept trusting.

And somehow, one of the hardest chapters of my life became the beginning of something I could have never planned.

A few months later, more than 20,000 of you are here. 🥹 But the most beautiful part isn’t the number it’s the community we’ve built. Thousands of women choosing themselves, starting over and reminding each other that an ending can become a beginning.

Sometimes you won’t understand why something had to fall apart until you see what it made space for.

If you’re starting over too, follow along. This is only the beginning. @byblaga by @byblaga

In 2025, I was in what looked like a perfect relationship.

We had plans for the future. We talked about family, building a life together, all the things that make you believe you’re safe with someone.

But behind that picture, I was slowly disappearing.

My health started collapsing. I was hospitalised for a week, and the person I loved didn’t visit me once.

I still made excuses for him.

A few months later, I found out I had a precancerous condition and needed surgery.

He didn’t even ask when it was.

That was one of the moments when I realised how alone I had actually been inside that relationship.

Eventually, I left.

Then I met someone else.

Someone who promised me the world and made me believe maybe this time love would feel different.

And then I was abandoned again.

This time, 13,000 kilometres away from home.

Alone in Bali, heartbroken, terrified, trying to understand how someone who said they loved me could suddenly leave me there.

My hair started falling out. I couldn’t sleep properly. My body was under so much stress, and for a while I genuinely thought the worst thing that had happened to me was losing him.

But it wasn’t.

The real lesson was much deeper.

Both relationships touched the same wound in me: abandonment.

I was so afraid of being left that I kept tolerating situations where I was already being abandoned emotionally.

I fought so hard to keep people in my life that I abandoned myself in the process.

And that is the part I had to heal.

Not how to make someone stay.

Not how to be more lovable.

Not how to prove that I was worth choosing.

But how to become the woman who would never leave herself again.

So if you’re going through heartbreak right now, maybe the question isn’t only “why did they leave me?”

Maybe it’s also:

Where have I been leaving myself just to keep someone else?

Sometimes losing them is how you finally come back to yourself.
