After 7 long weeks it felt so good to have some fun with makeup and make memories with my family. #witch #halloweenmakeup #halloweenvibes #makeup by @bycara

Sometimes I’m too much, but honestly when your girlies are this beautiful how can you contain it? Lauren rolls out of bed looking beautiful but this makeup just elevated her to a whole new level! 10/10 my girl!

I feel like this makeup needs a moment. I had so much fun creating this look for @0liwia.xox we went for the full glam but kept it as glowy and fresh as possible. Hit up the baby doll blush and bang, created this stunner! #makeup #birthdaymakeup #glam #birthdayglam #glowymakeup by @bycara

Just Watch this stunning transformation. ✨✨ Beautiful Bea had lots of ideas about what she wanted and just as importantly, what she didn’t; investigation is KEY! if you take the time to break down your girlies images with them, really find out what elements of the picture they like, you’ll never go wrong. They maybe be pointing at the cheek saying “I love this” but what about it do they love? The shade, the depth, or perhaps they’re not even liking the blusher; it’s the highlight which has caught their eye. #makeup #makeupblog #makeuptransformation #bridesmaid by @bycara

Growing up, It was always my dream to be a makeup artist and sometimes I just can’t believe that my childhood dream came true. My 18 year journey has taken me on some mad rides; Experiencing so many amazing things, from working on a MAC counter when Mac was the place to be (IYKYK) working back stage at fashion week, being invited to join the after party with the winners at the Olivier’s awards after working a 14 hr shift, weddings, parties, funerals, the lot! But the downfall of all those experiences was working every weekend, late late nights, all over Christmas, every bank holiday. Having to use annual leave to ensure I could be apart of all the special moments and the deep disappointment of not having it approved because some else beat you to it. So making the decision to go freelance and working for myself for the last 7 years and being able to prioritise being a mummy and not miss out on all the special moments that I will not get to relive has been the best part of my career so far. Of course the fact that my husband earns more money than me so I get to make these choices helps. Let’s not kid the kidder. I’m so grateful for what I’ve had so far and excited for what my next chapter will bring me. #makeupartist #mumlife #mua by @bycara

Mae giving pure Zendaya. What a beautiful young lady she is. Off to her prom. 1 of only 3 prom makeups this year. #prom #zendaya #makeup by @bycara

Expectation vs Reality. We try to arrive glam and completely unflustered but the 1000steps we’ve just had to haul or kits up or the 20 minute hike from the car makes that a hard task. We love your venues girls but a cheeky life or a little golf buggy would be great! #makeup #makeupartist #expectationvsreality #wedding #makeupideas by @bycara

My ride or die’s. I swear by these products. I love them. I enjoy using them both professionally and personally. Don’t get me wrong I like to try new products but these ones I always end up going back to. #makeup #products #makeupproduct #makeuprecommendations #mua by @bycara

This is my fail safe base makeup application! It never lets me down; even through a day long pub crawl in the rain and a dance off at a reggae bar at 1am. The key is, only apply what and where you need it, make sure your setting throughout and fix it at the end. #makeup #softglam #glowyskin #mua by @bycara

If you’re girlie doesn’t need foundation- then don’t use it. A little @charlottetilbury flawless filter and @hourglasscosmetics concealer here and there was enough; have the confidence to make that decision. Shay really looks after her skin, so let’s see the skin! We still prepped and we still set but we just skipped the coverage that she didn’t need. @shaypoynter #softglam #glowyskin #glowymakeuplook #glowymakeup by @bycara
