Hace 6 meses apareciste en mi vida y, la verdad, no sé quién de los dos ha tenido más suerte.

Hoy eres mi amigo, mi compañero de aventuras y ese que siempre está ahí sin pedir nada a cambio.

Anoche la luna decidió ponerse en escena con un eclipse.
Las nubes, caprichosas, querían quedarse con el protagonismo…, pero al final, entre claros, la luna tuvo la cortesía de aparecer. 🥲

Hace un año y medio descubrí la escalada…
Y aunque no le dedico mucho tiempo, cada vez que vuelvo me siento libre.

No se trata solo de subir paredes.
Se trata de conectar con uno mismo, de confiar en cada movimiento y de enfrentarse a los miedos.
Hay algo en todo eso que engancha.

Progresar sin presión, disfrutar sin prisa.
Y así, paso a paso, el camino se vuelve adictivo.

I discovered climbing a year and a half ago…
And even though I don’t dedicate much time to it, every time I come back, I feel free.

It’s not just about climbing walls.
It’s about connecting with yourself, trusting every move, and facing your fears.
There’s something about all of that that hooks you in.

Progressing without pressure, enjoying without rushing.
And little by little, step by step, the journey becomes addictive.

Últimamente estoy en un momento de probar cosas, de experimentar, de dejarme llevar y, sobre todo, de salir de la zona de confort.
Aunque siempre he sido bastante activo, nunca había corrido una carrera de 10k (y mucho menos con obstáculos de por medio). Así que me lancé a la @survivorracespain para poner a prueba el cuerpo y, sobre todo, la mente.
Me sorprendió lo bien que se entienden cuando toca superar límites: la mente empuja, el cuerpo responde y la sensación final es brutal.
Cuesta describir esa mezcla de cansancio y alegría… pero lo vamos a llamar: ¡satisfacción! 💪🏻

Lately, I’m in a phase of trying new things, experimenting, letting myself go and, above all, stepping out of my comfort zone.
Although I’ve always been pretty active, I had never run a 10k race (let alone one with obstacles). So I signed up for the @survivorracespain to put my body — and especially my mind — to the test.
I was amazed at how well they work together when it comes to pushing limits: the mind drives, the body responds, and the final feeling is incredible.
It’s hard to describe that mix of exhaustion and joy… but let’s call it: satisfaction! 💪🏻 by @bydamiatesorero

Mi terapia consiste en salir sin rumbo con la furgo, cámara en mano y en busca de paisajes.
No hace falta mucho más.
En definitiva: esto es puro placer.

My therapy is heading out with no destination, just the van, a camera in hand, and searching for landscapes.
Not much more is needed.
Simply put: this is pure pleasure.
