38.5 kg down naturally. What a journey this has been. 🤍

I’ve had days where I’ve been hungry from morning to night. Days where I’ve cried on and off over everything and nothing. Days where I’ve had endless energy, and days where I could barely get myself out of bed.

But through it all, I’ve still shown up for myself. Every day, I do my best to reach my goal.

Because this journey has taught me that it’s not about what you do every single day — it’s about the change you create over time.

I’m learning to listen to my body more. I’m learning that one day over my calorie goal doesn’t undo all the progress I’ve made. And most importantly, I’m learning to accept myself throughout the journey, not just when I reach the finish line.

38.5 kg down, but so much more gained. 🥹🤍

Maybe growth feels uncomfortable because you’re becoming someone you’ve never been before. 🖤

Keep showing up. Even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard.

Your future self is counting on you. ✨

SUCCESS looks like this.

RISK: ON
DISCIPLINE: ON
PROCRASTINATION: OFF
EXCUSES: OFF

Everything else? Part of the process.

Save this and check yourself.

I got diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and my whole weight loss journey finally made sense.

Why I’m all or nothing.

Why I have to meal prep every Sunday and plan my days, or I end up emptying my snack cupboard or staring at the wall after work, too tired to move.

It was never lack of knowledge. My brain just works differently.

Not an excuse, just an explanation. 🤍

Do you relate to this?

Don’t be afraid to start over again.

You may like your new story better.

I’ve restarted so many times I lost count.

But this time I’m not starting from zero.

I’m starting from experience.

If you’re on day one again, this one is for you. Save it. 🤍

Sometimes it’s not ego, it’s self-respect. 🤍

Choosing to move when no one is watching.
Choosing to say no.
Choosing myself for once.
It’s not selfish. It’s how I’m finally doing this for good.

If you needed this today, save it for later.

brutal but true.

i don’t always feel like going either.
but every time i skipped, i woke up in the same body, with the same frustration.
nothing changed.

going when you don’t feel like it is literally how you change.
not because you’re perfect, but because you’re done abandoning yourself.

you don’t need more motivation. you need to remember why you started. 🤍

be honest - how many times have you skipped and regretted it after?

everyone thought you were fine.
but you were fighting battles no one saw.
and you still kept going.
be so fucking proud of that. 🤍

This is your reminder to look back sometimes.

I'm not where I want to be yet.
But I'm so far from the girl who kept starting over every Monday.

Progress isn't always loud. Sometimes it's just showing up at the gym on a Sunday when no one is watching.

If you're in the middle right now, I see you. Keep going 🤍
