✨ The 2027 Firelight Retreats are here ✨
We have been quietly crafting something really special for 2027 - five retreats, four elements, and one intention: to bring you back to yourself. Here’s what’s coming… 🔥💧🌍💨

🌿 Wild Mama - January
Two nights of deep rest in a converted farmhouse for the mamas who need it most. Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, yoga and breathwork in a gorgeous converted barn. Return to your family feeling lighter and truly restored. 🛁✨

🔥 Morocco, Essaouira - March
We begin our elemental journey with Fire. Fiery vinyasa, activating breathwork and fire ceremonies on the sand dunes of a deserted beach, surrounded by olive and argan forest. Two 5-night dates available. 🕯️🌿

🌍 Wales, The Wye Valley - April
Earth. Cosy yurts, ancient woodland, forest bathing, Greg’s nourishing food, and grounding yoga and breathwork to reconnect you with Mother Earth. 🍃🫶

💧Portugal - September
Water. Where two rivers meet. Natural pool, hot tub, private river beach, waterfalls and an outdoor shala. What are you ready to let go of? 🌊🤍

💨 Air is coming…
Think mountains. Think space. Stay tuned. 🏔️👀

💬 Comment ‘Mama’ or the element below and we’ll DM you the full retreat pack!

We owe a lot to @truenature.retreats 🌿

It was the first retreat we ever hosted, with our gorgeous pals Mol, Sam & Em… and if we’re being honest, which we try to always be, we had never been on a yoga retreat before. None of us had.

So we created this magical retreat in Northern Ireland based on what would speak to us - what would we actually spend our money on? 🌊

…and that is how we have carried on. Creating events with Firelight that we feel we need, that light us up. We consider ourselves very lucky that some of you feel the same way - otherwise it would just be us in a big old field on our own! 🔥

True Nature gave us the confidence that we can hold space, we can create, we can build the container for real connection and real change. And honestly, we just wish we could live on retreat forever. 🌱

For now we’ll have to settle for the 6 retreats we have next year - and a small warning to the owners of each venue: make sure I leave the premises at the end, or you could have a squatter on your hands. 😂

Thank you to our ever-growing Sisterhood, this retreat was incredibly special, filled with love, joy, nature, connection & support. 🪷

When women heal, we create a powerful ripple effect that can heal others around us, we break generational cycles, reclaim our bodies and swim in the waters of freedom. ✨️

We cannot wait to gather again as the wild & free women that we are, held in our safe space at The Old Flax Mill, where we can release and just be...

Next Retreat - September 10th - 13th 2027 Northern Ireland 🌞🌛

All our love & respect,

Molly, Jess & Emma 💛 taken in The Old Flax Mill by @byfirelight.uk

WHAT’S ON IN AUTUMN 🍂

…glad you asked :)

Big news is BREATHWORK IS BACK 🌬️. We had a little break from offering these sessions but are delighted to be bringing them back to you in the cosy eco barn. Big breathing, big releases, big transformations.

🔔 Autumn Equinox Sound Bath with Craig - link in bio to book
A seasonal staple, a rare event in that there is nothing you need to ‘do’ - just arrive, throw down your mat and get comfy. Let Craig and his beautiful instruments do the rest ✨

The Wild Mama Circles continues… 🤱

👶 With Babies - link in bio to book
Following on from our circle in the tipi, we move to the barn for a cosy morning for mums to feel held. Truly held. Come as you are, drop your baggage at the door and give yourself the gift of slowing down — watch the babies get all of the benefits of this beautiful morning too! 🧡

🤰 For Pregnant Mamas - link in bio to book
Opening up this circle for the next wave of pregnant mamas, our retreat day last year was so brilliant to spark the start of something special for Gemma and I. An afternoon of yoga, breathing, hypnobirthing and connection.

🎬 ALLOWED TO BIRTH: The Journey of a Global Midwife Screening
Training for my Hypnobirthing Diploma led me to this documentary about birth, I watched the trailer and knew so deeply that families - and especially families who were expecting - need to see this. It’s beautiful, empowering and an absolute must watch.Tickets only £15, hot drinks and yummy treats available to buy on the night ☕
