Beautiful flight & overnight to celebrate @mousevalentine & @psmonsas beautiful exhibition Himmelretninger ☁️ during their June residency at @kunstnartun

It worked out perfectly that my friends John Christian & Leif were able to fly me there, lots of peace and inspiration on the visit, can’t wait for our new collaboration ✈️

Perceptions and Reflections (2020)

One of my many conceptual installation sculptures, this one shown at Trondheim Open during my MFA studies at the Trondheim Academy of Fine Art.

This work emerged from an ongoing interest in perception, observation, memory, and the ways images shift as they move through different materials, spaces, and contexts.

Working across photography, transparency, mirrors, light, and print processes, the installation drew from experiences and research spanning Trøndelag and time in rural India. The work explored the unstable relationship between what is seen, remembered, and understood.

Looking back, I can see many of the same questions continuing to surface in my work today...

The evening light has started finding its way back into the house.

After months of darkness, even an ordinary staircase can feel remarkable. 🕯️ 🌅
