Carnesville, Georgia. Over 70 pieces of equipment on a single site. That is not a typo. A massive project, a tight schedule, and a site that demands everything this company has to offer. Machines running in coordination, moving earth and hitting grades with the kind of precision that only comes from decades of doing this work at scale. Overtime is not a complaint around here. It is what the job requires and this crew shows up for it every single time. When a project needs to move, when the schedule is not flexible and the stakes are high, this is what AL Grading brings to the table. The iron, the people, and the will to get it done right regardless of what it takes. Carnesville, we are locked in. Let’s finish strong. by @bygreyscale
The Set Up Vs. The Shot. Slowing down to capture the details. Using what you have in front of you and traveling light. We ended up getting close to 50 of these in the capture for the client and I am excited to see how these roll out across their social platforms. Slower pace than I am used to but with the same intention. #cinema #cinematography #storytelling #sonyalpha by @bygreyscale
Common Electrolyte Powder w/ Zero Sweeteners available online now. Every other electrolyte powder took the shortcut. Pull the sugar out, drop stevia or monk fruit or sucralose in, call it clean. We just never put any in. That is only possible if the minerals are balanced right in the first place. Most powders need sweetener because they taste like the inside of a salt packet, so they cover it. We spent the time on the balance instead. This goes down in plain water and there is nothing to hide. Citrus is two ingredients. Lemon and lime. Organic, freeze dried, cold pressed juice powder. That is the flavor. No natural flavors line, no flavor system, no bulking agent wearing a monk fruit label. No dead weight. Every gram in the tub is either mineral or fruit. 50 servings. Same price as the tubs that are two thirds filler. We only put in what we would defend out loud. Hydration that performs. Built for movement. Available online now. #electrolytes #salty #skate #lancasterpa #common by @bygreyscale
When you hit granite, you call the right team. For us, that call is a short one. 8,000 cubic yards. One shot. All the work being done in house. #blasting #construction #sitework by @bygreyscale
I’ve been sitting on this one for a while. I remember the day specifically because I was in my element. Working in unison with the welder. Both of us respecting each other’s craft from a distance, but close enough that I could predict the moments. Where the sparks would land. When he’d pause. Where the story was going before it got there. Half an hour. No one over my shoulder. Just the dance. And the trust of the client to bring it to life. A story no one was looking for that went from a 33 second short into a much longer piece about how thankful an employee was to have an employer who supported those in need after the hurricane that hit North Carolina earlier that year. It wasn’t something we were looking for. But taking the time to ask questions, to learn people’s stories and figure out what makes them show up every day, showcases that all of us and the work we do is for more than just a paycheck. by @bygreyscale
If you don’t love what you do and who you do it with, stop. That’s it. That’s the whole thing. Behind every frame is a person. Behind every project is trust. And I never forget that the work is just the excuse & the people are the point. Always have been. Always will be. Grateful for everyone who let me into their world lately. You make the going somewhere worth it. This is people business. People come first. That’s the only way I know how to do it. by @bygreyscale

Cut it, fly it, set it. Our crew making underground utility work look effortless. Circular saw ripping through plastic pipe, the section going overhead, and a clean drop straight into the trench box. Every move deliberate, every step executed with the kind of confidence that only comes from doing this work day in and day out. This is what skilled hands look like on a jobsite. by @bygreyscale
EARTHWORK IS ARTWORK. It means the little details matter. It means taking pride in your work. It means never settling for good enough. Because the finished product is only as good as the care that went into it. by @bygreyscale

This is what we do. Dirt moves, ground breaks, and the work does not stop. Another day out here doing what we do best. Every pass counts, every load matters, and the machine does not lie. by @bygreyscale
