I just wrapped up my very first “A Sacred Pause”Community Giveback Event at @somasnctry and my heart is so full đŸ„č💕Last Saturday, six beautiful souls joined me for an afternoon of rest, reflection and genuine connection — and I am so grateful for every single one of them.đŸ˜đŸ™đŸ»The purpose of this giveback was simple: to create a space for people who are always pouring into others, to finally pour back into themselves. ❀‍đŸ©č😌Rest and burnout is a theme that lives close to my heart because I have always struggled with it myself. And when I realised how many kind souls out there feel exactly the same way, I knew this needed to exist.đŸ’ȘDuring our time together we moved through journaling, intuitive card pulling, a cacao ceremony and a grounding somatic healing session. đŸ˜ŒđŸŒ±It was a space where people could open up, share honesty and see their relationship with rest through a brand new lensđŸ˜Šâ€ïžI truly believe there is a limit to how much we can heal alone. When we are held, seen and feel safe in a supportive, non judgmental group with people walking a similar path, something shifts. đŸ’«We feel less lonely. That is where real transformation lives.đŸ«‚âœšMy vision for this community is a place where you don’t need to perform or fit in. A place to be fully human, with genuine souls, at a time where technology and social media are pulling us further apart than ever.😱 I want to create a space that priority real connection and bring us together more😊 (I am not a small talk girlies đŸ€Ș)Thank you to everyone who showed up, who trusted me to hold space, and who chose to fill their own cup that day. I am so proud of each of you đŸ„čđŸ™đŸ» by @byhadang

There was a time when the smallest setback would send my anxiety through the roof.Plans changed? I spiralled.Pressure hit? My chest tightened, my mind raced, my body went into overdrive.I thought I just needed to be stronger. Calmer. Better at “handling things.”But the truth hit me hard one day:my anxiety wasn’t weakness — it was my body living on high alert for years.Once I learned how to bring safety back into my nervous system, everything shifted. Not overnight. Not magically. But steadily
my body stopped bracing for disaster, and I could finally breathe again. If your body reacts before your mind can catch up, save this. It’s not failure — it’s protection ❀ by @byhadang

I used to live in a constant loop of stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.I was frustrated with myself.Always trying to calm my mind.Always searching for the next thing to fix me.I consumed more information.More mindset work.More affirmations. But nothing actually changed.I kept repeating the same patterns.Falling back into anxiety.Overthinking.Survival mode. And I honestly thought
Maybe I’m just broken beyond fixing.Until one day, everything clicked.Healing wasn’t “not working” because I was broken. It wasn’t sticking because my nervous system wasn’t regulated. My body never felt safe enough to hold the change. The moment I started learning how to regulate my nervous system—not force it, not override it—my entire life shifted.Calm started to feel accessible.Safety returned to my body. And I never went back to the life I was living before. The takeaway is:You don’t need to be fixed âžĄïž Your body just needs safety. by @byhadang

You do one session. You feel relief. You feel lighter. You think, “That worked.”Then life hits.Your body goes back into survival. And suddenly you’re looking for the next healing, the next tool, the next session. Not because healing didn’t work —but because your nervous system never learned it was safe long enough to stay there.Quick relief soothes the system. But without repetition and support, the body defaults back to what it knows. That’s why you only return when you’re burnt out again. That’s why you keep “starting over” without knowing why. This isn’t you failing at healing. It’s your body asking for repetition, not another one-off fix.Repetition changes patterns. One-offs just pause them đŸ’Ș by @byhadang

Anxiety isn’t a flaw.Headaches aren’t random. For so many women, they’re the language of what was never allowed to be expressed.Grief you had to swallow.Anger you weren’t allowed to show.Truth that didn’t feel safe to speak.Your body doesn’t forget. It holds — until it’s supported enough to release.Insight helps you understand this.Embodied work is what actually changes it. by @byhadang

If you’ve spent your life thinkingyou’re too much, too emotional, too sensitive, too angryor that something is wrong with you —this is for you 👇Right now, so many women are living in self-suppression.Freezing when they want to speak.Giving “fine” answers when it’s not fine.Sacrificing themselves to keep the peace.Abandoning their needs to stay connected. That’s not a personality flaw. That’s a nervous system in survival. When your body doesn’t feel safe to tell the truth,it learns to:‱ please instead of express‱ freeze instead of respond‱ regulate others instead of honoring itselfYou weren’t born this way.You were conditioned. The shift begins when you stop asking“What’s wrong with me?”and start asking“What did my nervous system need to survive back then?”Because healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about creating safety in the bodyso your truth no longer feels dangerous.✹ Save this for the next time you’re being hard on yourself. by @byhadang

You’re the one who’s always there.Always giving.Always holding space.Always putting everyone else first. You people-please.You swallow your emotions. You ignore your own needs because “it’s easier.”You tell yourself you’ll rest later. And slowly
You burn out.You start hiding parts of yourself. You feel frustrated, resentful, exhausted. You give and give and give — without receiving anything back. You want to change. You promise yourself you will. But somehow, you keep ending up in the same patterns. That’s not because you’re weak. It’s not because you lack discipline. And it’s definitely not because you don’t “want it badly enough.”It’s because your nervous system is still in survival mode. When your body doesn’t feel safe, it will default to what once kept you protected:over-giving, self-sacrificing, staying small, staying quiet, staying useful. You don’t break these patterns by forcing confidence or “trying harder.”You break them by regulating your nervous system and restoring safety in the body. That’s where everything changes. This is the work I do.I help women come out of survival mode, release stored stress and emotional patterns, and rebuild safety from the inside out — so they can stop shrinking and start living from their truth. by @byhadang

I grew up without the support I needed to heal.I learned to brace. To suppress. To survive. No one taught me how to regulate my nervous systemor how to release the tension, stress, trauma, and emotions my body was holding. So I carried it all on my own for a very long time. There were so many moments where I wished someone could just hold my handand show me another way. That’s why I’m opening this circle. The Women’s Embodied Somatic Healing Circle is a deeply held, intimate spacewhere your body is gently guided out of survival and back into safety. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about being seen, supported, and met exactly where you are.Through somatic healing, energy work, breath, and sound, your nervous system is supported to soften, release what it’s been carrying, and remember who you are when you’re no longer bracing. This circle will be held on Friday, 7 February, from 10:30 to 11:30am,at SoulPod Health & Healing in Richmond. It’s limited to 8 women only,to honour safety, depth, and personalised support. This is my invitation for you.Because you deserve to feel safe in your body. You deserve to be held. You deserve to thrive — not just survive. If your body feels a yes, comment “GROUP” below to grab your early bird offer. With so much love,Ha ❀ by @byhadang

Something powerful is arriving in February — for you, my ladies.I’ve been quietly brewing this for the past two months.Holding it gently. Letting it form. And it’s finally ready.I can’t share the details just yet
but I can tell you this.Imagine your nervous system finally exhaling.Imagine feeling held instead of hyper-vigilant.Imagine your body softening out of survival modewithout forcing, fixing, or pushing. This is for the women who are tired of doing the work alone. For the ones who are anxious, overthinking, people-pleasing, or constantly holding it all together. For the women who are ready to feel safe in their body againand expand into the next chapter of their life with more calm, clarity, and capacity. This isn’t just an offering. It’s an experience. And it’s coming February. If your body already feels resonate, comment 🙌 below and stay close. by @byhadang

If you’re tired of the BS “just do affirmation” or “do this one mindset trick” advice in healing — this is for you —I’ve invested years in healing.Books. Courses. Therapies. Practices.Trying to understand why I felt anxious, disconnected, stuck in self-doubt, people-pleasing, and survival mode. And what frustrated me the most?So much of what I was taught stayed at the top level.“Just reframe the thought.”“Just repeat the affirmation.”“Just calm yourself down.”But no one explained how to actually feel safe in the body.No one explained why my system kept looping back into anxiety, overthinking, or self-abandonment — even when I knew better. So I kept trying harder.Consuming more information.Blaming myself when it didn’t stick. It felt like I was doing everything “right” — yet my body was still on high alert. That’s when I realized something changed everything:👉 The issue was never a lack of mindset.👉 It was a nervous system that never felt safe enough to let go.So I stopped chasing fixes — and started learning how regulation actually works. Not forcing calm. Not bypassing emotions. But gently restoring safety in the body so the patterns no longer needed to exist. And once that clicked, everything shifted.Anxiety softened.Clarity returned.I stopped fighting myself. That’s why I created The 5 Minute Nervous System Reset. Not another information-heavy guide. Not something you need to “do perfectly.”But a real, embodied practice to help your nervous system settle, feel safe, and reset — even if you’ve never done somatic or energy work before. This is for the women who:‱ feel anxious, overwhelmed, or on edge‱ are tired of overthinking and self-doubt‱ want calm, clarity, and safety without forcing or fixingIt’s short. It’s gentle. And it actually meets your body where it is.With love,Ha ❀P.S. You don’t need another thing to work harder at.You need your body to finally exhale. by @byhadang

For a long time, your nervous system has been living like a bell that never stops ringing.Every little thing sets it off.Stress, conversations, expectations, pressure, even rest. It’s not because you’re weak. It’s because your body hasn’t felt safe enough to stand down. Here’s the truth most people miss:Regulating your nervous system doesn’t mean turning the bell off forever. It means teaching your body when it’s actually safe to relax, and when the alarm truly needs to ring. When regulation happens, the noise quiets. You respond instead of react.Your body stops living on high alert every single day. by @byhadang
