Hello again!! Checking in after a much-needed (and much longer than planned) hiatus <3

This year has been jam-packed—full of incredible highs and some very low lows. Moving to Portland while juggling the largest volume of clients and sessions I’ve ever had was more challenging than I could’ve imagined.

Photography began as my passion long before it became my career. Over time, I turned that passion into something sustainable, finding genuine joy and fulfillment in what I do. The tricky part about your passion becoming your livelihood is that you never truly feel “off.” By the end of this busy spring and summer season, I found myself both mentally and physically drained, with my love for photography fading beneath stress and exhaustion.

I took this break from accepting new inquiries to catch up on gallery deliveries and, more importantly, to reset and refocus my priorities. After this time away, I’m returning with more energy, clarity, and passion than I’ve ever felt in my career. I feel confident, re-inspired, and ready to take on new projects with a renewed sense of purpose.

My goal has always been to connect with others and help tell their stories in the most genuine and intentional way possible through my images. I’m endlessly grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way and for the experiences that continue to shape me as an artist.

✨ With that being said- bookings are now open, and my website has been updated with current pricing and packages!

BEND FOLKS! Missed out this summer? I’ll be back THIS Saturday at Sparks Lake Meadow for one last chance before the roads close! The forecast is nearly 70°, and I’ll be offering limited, discounted mini sessions—the best value currently offered. Check my story for details and click the link in my bio to reserve your spot 🥰

Thank you again for your understanding and continued support. This time away was so necessary, and I’m excited to return feeling grounded, grateful, and ready to create something beautiful.

🤍 Lainie
