started my day just how I like it, a Slow Morning ☕️☕️ by @bylatticia

Trying the Shark SilkiPro on my fine 4C hair and it arrived just in time for wash day 🥹

I wanted to see how it compared with the Dyson Airstrait, and so far I’m really loving the fluffy stretch. It was quick and seamless to use, with a low heat setting, high airflow and a wide-tooth comb attachment that worked so well on my hair.

I even tried it on my husband’s hair and loved the result. A Black woman was definitely in the lab with this one 😂 I’ll be reaching for it again!

Have you tried the SilkiPro?

Want to colour your fine 4C hair but feeling nervous about it? Here’s how I care for my colour-treated hair to help reduce breakage and maintain my curl pattern 🤎

I keep a consistent wash-day routine, alternate hydrating products with bond-strengthening wash day products, and leave colour to a professional. Regular trims, treatments and heat protectant are part of my routine too.

Save this for your next colour appointment ✨

Want to see the full colour appointment and how I care for my hair between visits? Comment COLOUR and I’ll DM you the YouTube link 🤎

The satisfying final brush-through is only the last step 🤎

I detangle my fine 4C hair in sections, starting at the ends and gently working up. I use plenty of water and the @dove.uki Density & Growth Mask for slip. If I hit a snag, I stop and finger-detangle before continuing.

I used the @tangleteezer Complete Care Brush for Curly/Coily Hair.

Save this for your next wash day ✨

For me, glowy makeup starts with taking care of my skin ✨

This is my simple evening routine: balm cleanse, foaming cleanse, BHA, hydrating serum and moisturiser. I finish with lip treatment.

As a trained facialist, I like keeping my routine simple and consistent. In the daytime, I skip the balm and go straight in with my foaming cleanser, then finish with SPF. I also use a face mask once a week or whenever my skin needs a little pick-me-up before an event.

Products used:
@elfcosmeticsuk Holy Hydration! Makeup Melting Cleansing Balm
@ceraveuki Foaming Cleanser
@naturium BHA Liquid Exfoliant 2%
@lorealparis Paris Revitalift Filler Serum
@byoma Moisturising Rich Cream
@olehenriksen Pout Preserve Peptide Lip Treatment

Send this to someone building their autumn/winter skincare routine✨
