75 days to launch??!! (no pressure) 👀

I adore my current clients and will never stop working hard to get them the best results. But for a while, I’ve really hesitated taking on new clients (which isn’t the best “business move”).

The problem?

I recently realised scaling shouldn’t mean overworking or feeling stuck because I refuse to compromise on how much time I dedicate to each client.

There needs to be a better way 😅

What if I created a service that lets me keep working closely with my amazing existing clients whilst working with new ones in a completely different capacity?

So… I created the 75 days to launch series.

The mission?

Create that new service and transform my business from stuck to scaling 🚀

Exposing one of the silliest things I did when I first founded my agency a few years ago 😅

I thought having heaps of packages was just how things were done, not realising how much I was getting in my own way (whilst confusing potential customers in the process).

By streamlining to offer only 1 package per service, suddenly I no longer needed to ‘convince’ potential clients I was the right fit or worry about quoting every time 👀

With just 69 days left of my relaunch, I’ve finally created my dream service.

It’s not a course or retainer service, it’s something MUCH better 👇

The two most common issues I see with founders is either their socials are stuck or their internal systems are broken 💔

They feel stuck hitting an invisible ceiling, dreaming of scaling but feeling like nothing is working.

Since I have so much experience, I really want to provide a results-driven service (not just tell you what you want to hear and charge u thousands for it).

On the other side, so many social media services expect you to completely step away from certain areas of your biz, which can feel SUPER uncomfortable 😅

One of the most common questions I get asked…

“How do I know if my socials are working?” 👀

It doesn’t need to be complicated, your bio clicks will always be the bottom line when it comes to identifying if your socials are ACTUALLY performing 👏

Unlike views and likes, bio clicks reveal whether or not your content is strong enough to prompt someone to take action (not just keep scrolling)

It shows a CLEAR intent to buy or learn more ✅

And if your bio clicks keep underperforming and you don’t know why, it might be time for a social audit 🫶 by @bylivdh

I’m equally excited and terrified to take you guys on my launch journey 😅

On one hand, I have the opportunity to completely transform my business (and life) by taking this leap so publicly.

On the other? The potential to fail so visibly.

What Sydney marketing events are ✨ACTUALLY✨ like…

As someone who’s always a bit skeptical about marketing conferences (because let’s be honest, we’ve all seen those scammy ads), I was pretty unsure going into it 😅

Thankfully I actually walked away with some really good perspectives and industry updates by ACTUAL experts.

For me, getting to learn in a room full of other marketers was super refreshing and 100x more fun than me doing it alone 👋

How much it actually costs to run a social media business 👀👇

It’s so easy with hustle culture to think everyone is pocketing these crazy revenue months so let’s keep it real for a sec.

Conveniently… not many people like to talk about how much it costs to achieve these goals 😅

Last month I made around $15.5k which is great, but once you take out expenses, super and 30% for tax…. That number goes down A LOT 🙃

Could I save more on expenses? Probably, but this is me keeping it real without rushing to improve stuff before I share it with you.
