Cala Llombards gives you an immediate sense of Mallorca’s beauty. A small fishing cove, homes built into the cliffside and turquoise water make the island feel almost unreal. It reminds me why I keep thinking about going back.

Puglia was everything I wanted from an Italian summer. My days were spent by the pool at the masseria, exploring coastal beaches, driving through postcard landscapes playing Charli XCX and having dinner at Burro Cafe, which is reason enough to return.

I spent two weeks exploring Crete, moving between mountain villages, remote beaches, local tavernas, and boat days across the Libyan Sea. It felt like its own country, with the distance between places preserving its authenticity and culture. Crete isn’t the next place everyone will be going, and that’s exactly why you should.

I came to Kapsaliana Village Hotel looking for an escape in the mountains of Crete and found a restored village that felt completely alive. The sound of cicadas, olive groves, old stone streets, and refined design made the property feel completely connected to its surroundings.
