The Ritual Bar at W Miami.

Yesterday’s What She Said event by @themoderndaywife left me feeling deeply empowered. ✨

Grateful to have had The Ritual Bar by @bymodestine as part of this weekend’s experience at the @wmiamihotel

Watching women slow down, create personalized tea rituals, ask questions, connect, and fully engage with the experience reminded me of why Modestine continues to lead with intention.

Still soaking in the beautiful energy, so for now I just want to say thank you.

Thank you, Miami, for the thoughtful ways you embraced The Ritual Bar.

More to come…

Own Your Ritual🫖🍃

Your ritual doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Some days, it might be in the movement of your vessel.
Or in the sound of water falling into your cup.

Other days, it might simply be in the deliberate act of pouring.

There’s no single way to create a moment of presence.

Just make it yours✨

Women’s Wellness isn’t a trend.

When a woman reaches for Modestine, she’s expressing just that.

Whether she’s seeking soothing relief, daily comfort, better sleep, or simply a moment for herself, what she needs is already in her cup.

Because once she finds her blend? It’s Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop. It’s been this way for years. IYKYK🤎

And over here, this Tea Sommelier intends to make sure it stays exactly this way🍃

Can’t believe it’s already been one year since Modestine received this beautiful recognition from LUXlife Magazine🏆. Even graced the cover, too! The “pinch me” moment was so real.

These days, studio time means crafting your custom holiday gift orders. Looking back at this award gives us even more drive to elevate this year’s holiday gifts.

Grateful for your trust and the opportunity to do what I love to do… create🙏🏾

Your Morning Meditation in a cup🍵

Green Sencha meets sweet vanilla and the delicate softness of roses. Together, they create an aroma that gently awakens the senses, steam fills the room with warmth, and invites you into the present moment.

One sip, and your morning begins to unfold, differently.
You feel centered. Present and gently energized.

That’s the essence of Ritual + Rise Morning Meditation Tea.

With the naturally uplifting character of Green Sencha and the comforting notes of vanilla, every cup invites you to move through your day with a little more intention, mindfulness, and balance.

A reminder that your mornings don’t have to be rushed. That even the simplest ritual can become a moment of meditation.

There’s something deeply special about being invited into the meaningful moments of our customers’ lives.

This past week, I had the honor of crafting a bespoke wedding blend, for one of them.

Precision is an essential part of a Tea Sommelier’s craft. From the color and texture of the blend to the tiniest finishing touches, every element deserves intention and care.

Bringing that commitment to her special day meant days of thoughtful refinement. Then comes the beautiful moment when everything came together.

The golden character of the tea, the elegance of the presentation, and the satisfaction of aroma, astringency, body and a beautiful finish.

And her opening ceremony?
She calls it “Luxury Wellness meeting her in her most beautiful moment”.

This Sommelier couldn’t be more ecstatic.
Closing this project with beautiful memories and immense gratitude🙏🏾

The season of gathering is here.
I’m in between moments of harvesting, crafting and sitting in stillness.

Fall isn’t only teaching us to appreciate the beautiful season, it’s also beckoning us to slow down and go inward.🍂

Cheers to the season. To stopping to smell the flowers and to sipping your tea just a little bit longer.

In the spirit of Tea🍃

Get lost in it…
In the fragrance. In the aroma.

The luxury of tea isn’t just about sipping.
It’s about relationship.

Oftentimes, your relationship with the beverage happens long before the first sip.
