Day 1 of The Art of Unwinding in partnership with Acarre Beauty, Holistic Business Network @neighborhoodbarresevernapark was something special.
Presence met tea meditation for an evening of stillness, warmth, and connection.
Today, we gather for Day 2.
More sips, more sound healing with @lesheal.co , and more breath work @__beyondthebody__ , all happening on the mat.

Thank you! Something about a tea meditation setup that’s just very grounding. The practice, itself, is also very grounding.🫖🙏🏾
