While some of you discovered me through South Florida Wellness Week, that was just one initiative, not my identity. And that chapter is now closed for me.

Here is a major part of what I have been doing for the past 3 years:

I am the Founder of the Holistic Business Network (HBN), a year-round ecosystem created to support natural, science-based health & wellness businesses so they can be seen, heard, and profitable.

Through HBN, I:
• Build high-level rooms for connection & collaboration
• Help practitioners and wellness entrepreneurs increase visibility
• Create platforms for speaking, media, and strategic partnerships
• Mentor leaders on growth, influence, and sustainability in the wellness space

I’ve spent over a decade in health & wellness, coaching, educating, speaking, and building businesses long before large events ever came into the picture.

So no — I’m not “figuring out what’s next.”
I’m expanding on what’s already been built, and its getting epic!

If you’re a wellness professional, practitioner, or entrepreneur wondering how to serve and grow without burning out or blending in, I have been there and done that, and can help you do the same!

Send me a DM amd lets talk. ✨️

Business conference on the beach? Yes please 🙌🏾

Day 1 of Story Into Profit Live was 🔥🔥. I talk about Best Kept Secret Wellness Businesses, well this business summit is definitely a best kept secret, but I think the secret is out because the room was buzzing on day 1!

I got to run into some of my business coaching clients, some of my HBN members, some of my former Juice Plus team members, and Pharell Williams Funding Founders co-horts! I know, I get around, all in the name of good health and good business.

The best business moments happen when we're in the room together. 🙌 If you're an entrepreneur looking to grow with a visionary leader, @storyintoprofit is the room for you! If you are a wellness entrepreneur looking for your community, check us out at the Holistic Business Network. Link in comments!

Thank God I don't look like what I have been through! 🙌🏾

As I left the @storyintoprofit Live event, I got to thinking about a key conversation I had today. A powerhouse woman, I met earlier this year, saw me and was like wow girl, you look amazing and I see you. And for some reason I felt compelled to explain what had me looking and feeling amazing in 2026.

Spoiler, its not some new health hack. But its healing for the soul.

This time last year, we had just wrapped up one of the biggest productions in Holistic Business Network’s journey: South Florida Wellness Week. 🙌🏽✨

The energy. The people. The conversations. The connections. It was groundbreaking.

Wellness business owners saw what was possible when they came together to partner, collaborate, and support one another. For me, that week brought to life everything I had spent the previous four years building—a community where wellness professionals could feel seen, learn, grow, and create opportunities together. 💚

Now, we’re getting ready to bring that energy to an even bigger stage. 🌎

International Wellness Week™ is coming March 8–13, 2027, and we’re pulling out all the stops! More connections, more experiences, and more opportunities to bring the world’s wellness community together.

We’ve been building the community. Now, we’re preparing to bring the world into the room.

Stay tuned for speaker announcements, ticket releases, and all that’s coming for an unforgettable week of wellness! ✨

Follow @internationalwellnessweek to be part of what’s next.

How my morning started... Pitching the City of Miami on @InternationalWellnessWeek ... and the pitch ended before I did. 😂

International Wellness Week is bringing attention, visitors, and connection to every city that takes part, and Miami deserves a seat at that table!🌴

Jokes aside, they did immediately jump back on, and things are looking hopeful. 🙏🏾

Tag a city that should join us!

A lot of people create events. Only a few create spaces where you walk in and feel like you're with old friends and family.

That's what I felt at the Motherhood Village Summit. Everyone was welcoming, and none of it felt forced or fake.

After 15 years of attending and curating events, I've noticed that attendees usually reflect the culture and personality of the person who created the event. Who else sets the tone? The people I met today were open, inclusive, and kind. Strangers included me even when I was just standing behind them in line. It was a different energy from alot of the events I'm used to, and it's exactly the kind of environment I always strive to create.

It was a joy to be at an event here in South Florida where basic kindness existed without having to share what I do to earn it. This event not only grew my network, but it fed my soul. 🙏🏽

Turning 50 this year has me appreciating the simple things. I'll take a room full of kind, genuine people over fake and self-absorbed any day.

Thank you, @Nicolecumberbatch and thank you @theMotherhoodVillage, for creating a safe space for moms and entrepreneurs. Now I understand why so many people wanted us to connect. They could see me in you, and I see you in me.

Today was truly food for my soul. 💛

After 4+ years of following @nicolegcumberbatch , and everyone I know, who knows her telling me "you two NEED to connect," I finally met her in the flesh! 🙌🏽 (And yes I posted every angle of pics we took to make up for lost time. 😅)

I had the pleasure of taking part in her Motherhood Village Summit, which just celebrated its 5th year! 🎉

She opened by sharing what she's learned over the past five years, and I felt like she was in my head:
✨ Always stay humble
✨ Ask for help
✨ Don't be embarrassed to pivot when necessary
✨ And so much more

I agreed with every single lesson. The vibe was intimate, the people were amazing, the conversations were thought-provoking, and the food and sangria? They get a special shout out! 🍷

Nicole, thank you. You were absolutely worth the wait and the hype. Coincidentally, we have both been on our community building journey for 5 years. I know the ups and downs. Keep shining your light! ✨️

I'm excited to watch our relationship grow! 💛
