You need:
• 100 g quinoa, cooked
• 1 carrot, finely grated
• 50 g grated cheese
• 2 eggs
• a pinch of salt

Mix everything, form small bites and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes until golden.

Every autumn walk ends with pockets full of chestnuts 🌰 This year we turned them into a little tree.

You need: chestnuts, brown cardstock, tape, a hot glue gun, thin white ribbon.
Glue from the bottom up and press each one for a few seconds.

You need:
• soft dates, pitted
• hot water
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• salt

Homemade ketchup 🍅

Ingredients:
• 250 g passata
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• ½ tsp sweet paprika
• ¼ tsp salt
• A pinch of black pepper

Add everything to a small saucepan. Simmer uncovered over low heat for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick. Adjust the sweetness and seasoning to taste, then let cool.
