You know those places that feel like a deep exhale the moment you walk in? 🏔️

Art of Living’s Kailash Ashram - built with so much care, detail, and heart by Kamlesh Barwal & Aakash Barwal under Gurudev’s guidance and a fabulous Team maintaining and running it .

Every corner feels intentional, every space wrapped in comfort, love, and warmth you can actually feel.

From the flowers in every room to the most comforting beds and beautiful linen to cleanliness and hygiene being its top priority- Kailash Ashram you got it all covered.

Mornings here were long walks through the hills 🌲
Day and Evenings were Meditation and Music under open skies 🧘‍♀️

Grateful for this sanctuary and the people who poured their soul into making it. Some places don’t just look beautiful, they make you feel held.

So proud of you my dear soul sister @kamleshbarwal . Reminded of all the times eons ago when we would take yoga sessions together at #rishikesh AMP’s and till today people walk upto speak with me thinking I were YOU 😂😂😃😃😃 and most often now I don’t even try to correct them especially if they are giving me a compliment!! I graciously accept it on your behalf ❤️

Thankyou @bynitinkapoor @sahilbatra25 for always making sure it’s a simultaneous DSN for you and an effortless AMP for me .
@tanousoftaofficial @tanmayeemishraofficial for lending their beautiful voices in honour of the Goddess

Celebrated Gurudev’s 70th Birthday with a Silence retreat and discovered a little piece of heaven in Dharamshala ♥️

If you could pick one thing to do here — sunrise trek, sunset yoga, or just sit with chai and the mountains — what would you choose? Drop in a comment below 👇 by @bynitinkapoor
