Before any reconstructive skin removal surgery and then after I have completed my reconstructive skin removal surgery 💖🥲
After losing over 80kg in 18 months my skin took a huge hit, killed my confidence, left me with skin fold infections, rashes, blisters and I was so unhappy, for me the skin felt like a punishment, left me feeling lost and trapped but @op.dr.furkankayhan freed me from that prison I was sentenced to live in and I am forever grateful 🙏💜

I had my first round in June 2022 and my last round July 2023, cannot get over the difference in just over a year 💜🥲💖

360 FDL Tummy Tuck (lower body lift, Belt Lipectomy)
Breast uplift (mastoplexy)
Breast augmentation (implants)
Mons lift (Monsplasty)
Thigh lift (Extended Medial Thigh Plasty)
Arm lift (Brachioplasty)
Upper braline lift

I will never get over the fact that I get to live in a normal body, free from the loose skin and the baggage that it brought physically, emotionally and medically, forever grateful and thankful 🙏 by @bypassingtheoldleanne

Definitely not into the AI photo buzz, makes me look like an even bigger weirdo but my soul needed this pic ❤️‍🩹
Wish I could of told little 8 year old me that it all works out and that I can be happy and worthy and I would grow up to be a happy and confident woman 🩷
My boys are 6 and 8 now and I couldn't imagine them facing the struggles and battles that I've faced 😭
Bully's, Diets, Hospitals, Doctors, low self esteem, no confidence, questioning my worth, my value, if I was loved?, overcompensating in every way I could to deflect my size, being an overachiever, a people pleaser, a push over, depression and not wanting to be here at that little age, the shame, guilt and anxiety I was fuelled with when I was still even learning about the world and my place in it 🩷💜
All for little Leanne and healing her little heart ❤️‍🩹♥️ by @bypassingtheoldleanne

She deserves a grid post ♥️ Ruby ♥️

⭐️⭐️. Appreciation Post ⭐️⭐️

This is my surgeon, there are many surgeons like my surgeon but this one is mine (adaptation of Rifflemans creed 🤣🤣). @op.dr.furkankayhan

Just a quick revision this time but I will be back to see him in 2026 for my next round of reconstructive surgery. I trust him completely and his work speaks for itself.

His focus on patient care and attention to detail means that I will get the results I want and my body will match the mental image I have in my head. This is a long process and there will be lots of blood, sweat and tears but it is absolutely worth it.

Also, huge thanks to Dr Furkans Coordinator, @bypassingtheoldleanne she is always at hand to support me, answer any questions I have and plan out my surgeries with Dr Furkan. I am grateful for her dedication and friendship. ❤️❤️ by @bypassingtheoldleanne
