If you told me years ago that aesthetics would lead me here, I genuinely wouldn’t have believed you 🥹🤍

From starting out in the industry, building my own business, learning the highs & lows of entrepreneurship, creating brands, making mistakes and figuring it all out along the way…

I realised I wanted to create something bigger than just another business.

I want to build a community for ambitious women who know they’re capable of more.

A place where we can share what we’ve learnt, support each other, open doors for each other and actually WANT to see each other win. 🫶🏼

Because there is room for all of us to succeed.

We all talk about scaling.
More clients. More revenue. More followers.

But the real question is: WHY are you building it in the first place?

For me, this is one of my reasons.

Building businesses has given me the ability to show up for people who need it most. To give back. To make an impact beyond aesthetics, beyond money, beyond social media.

Your “why” has to be bigger than the algorithm, bookings or the revenue.

Because when things get hard (and they will), your why is the only thing that keeps you going.

So I’ll ask you the same question I ask my students:

Charging less doesn’t automatically make you more bookable.

Sometimes, your low prices are the exact reason people aren’t taking you seriously.

Your pricing communicates something before you’ve even had the chance to explain your experience, your results or the value you bring.

And no, this isn’t about waking up tomorrow and doubling your prices.

It’s about stopping the habit of pricing from fear.

Price with intention. Position yourself properly. Give people a reason to choose you beyond being the cheapest option.

You don’t have a posting problem. You have a buyer problem.

You can post every day, have the best branding and offer an amazing service but if your content isn’t speaking to what your buyer actually wants, worries about and needs to hear before spending money, it won’t convert.

The shift is learning to stop creating content from your perspective and start looking at your business through the eyes of the person you want to buy from you.

What do they want? What’s stopping them? What would make them choose you? What do they need to see before they trust you enough to buy?

That’s the difference between content that gets engagement and content that gets clients.

I didn’t wake up in this life. I built it through the parts nobody saw.

The failures. The setbacks. The plans that fell apart. The risks that didn’t pay off. The moments I questioned whether I was even on the right path.

There were times I felt like I was going backwards while everyone else was moving forward.

But I kept going.

And that’s probably the biggest thing I’ve learnt - you don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to keep choosing not to give up on yourself!

Some of the things I thought were failures ended up redirecting me to something better. Some of my hardest seasons forced me to grow into the person I needed to become.

I’m still building. Still learning. Still nowhere near finished.

But I’m living a life that once felt so far away.

So if things aren’t happening as quickly as you hoped, keep going. A lot can change when you refuse to stop. 🤍 by @byraniakhalid
