Highlight line shot from a drone during our recent trip with @eskimofreeride to North Macedonia. Their operation has been running 10years+ and the guides know the terrain like the back of their hands. It was such a treat to be able to gain access deep into the backcountry and explore mountains that we just wouldn't have been able to reach on our traditional split boards. Big up to the crew for having us and finding the goods in some tricky, changeable conditions. Davos did not disappoint - after first coming here in 2008 to ride a contest that was cancelled, to have the chance to revisit this place with old and new friends, with good local knowledge and a well organized tour guide was invaluable to the experience. Rounding out 2024 in a way I didn't think could be possible even just a few weeks ago. After an aginising past few months with extreme physical pain in multiple joints in my body, to be here in the mountains enjoying the wilderness is a true blessing. Thank you to everyone who has helped me the past year, even thank you to those who have challenged me and made life difficult. 2024 has been a year of pressure and transformation and although I would not have wished to have endured what I went through, I am pleased and hopeful that 2025 will bring new horizons. Here's to all of you amazing people out there who I am lucky to be sharing this journey with. I wish you all health, wealth and prosperity for 2025. It's not competitive if it's not a contest! Today's end of summer "expression session" was an absolute hit. So much talent on display from all the riders who have been training all year to show us what they've learned. Thanks to everyone who volunteered, rode, judged, drove, bar shifted, and came along to support today's sesh. To be able to share this little slice of the docks with so many great people from @wakeupdocklands is a true pleasure. Super stoked to be foiling behind boat today @ldbwakeschool - such a sick feeling and I'm totally buzzing from it hours later. Just goes to show that ride sports therapy comes in all shapes and sizes, but there just something I can't get enough of when it comes to that feeling of flying above the water. Am I surfing/levitating/floating/riding? At the end of the day, it matters not, just so long as I'm having a good time (and we all deserve a nice big slice of that from time to time now don't we!) 🍰🤤🤩 Now go get you some 👊💪😎

Ever since I first saw someone eFoiling in Norway a few years back, I’ve been itching to give it a try - and now it’s finally in London! I’m absolutely loving it. The moment you lift off the board and glide solely on the long fin, it truly feels like flying. What an incredible sensation! But don’t be fooled, it’s not as easy as it looks - I took plenty of falls before getting the hang of it! 🌊✨

Breakfast Club wakeboard sessions @wakeupdocklands have been an absolute joy for me to host this summer season. We've seen so much progression from all participants and I'm stoked to be able to get people active and on the water before they make their way to work. Sharing that sense of accomplishment before most of London is even awake is a real highlight and the cherry on top of the cake is to wake-up to sunshine, flat water and blue skies like these! Thanks to everyone who came and rode with me at Breakfast Club again this morning - I'm looking forward to next week's session already 😎💪🌞 by @byrneyjon
