I am the author Sally Page, and I have some exciting news. I have a new book coming out in September - a slightly different genre for me #cosycrime. A Curious Ending was actually the first book I ever wrote. I think it is wonderful that it is now going to be reaching readers - and it is being published by Harper Collins on my birthday! Sept 10th. It was also my late father’s favourite book so it has a special place in my heart. I will tell you more about it soon, but I thought you might like to see the beautiful cover.

I am very happy to now reveal the cover of my new book SIX LITTLE WORDS. It is a story that begins with a few words pinned to a notice board in a café. These words, ‘to be or not to be, and a growing list of apparently random Shakespeare quotes, leads Kate to a community group that encourages her to seek the inspiration that she has lost for her painting. In encouraging a new friend to join the group Kate helps her and others to try something creative, and the book explores why it is we so often put these projects at the bottom of our list. In the group is, Bardy, a retired English teacher, struggling with writer’s block. Will Kate and the others get him writing again? Maybe Kate and Bardy will discover something together?

I don’t want to give too much away at this point, but I can say, for those who like the characters in my books – this one is filled with people who I hope you will fall in love with – as I did. And also, that parts of it made me laugh as I wrote it. I do hope it will make you smile too. Oh, and there is a dog called Noy in it!
