Did you know chronic stress can actually be worse for your body than an unhealthy diet?

I’m not saying you should hang in a hammock all day and eat all the cake you can (tempting though…). But maybe we really should take it a little easier sometimes.

This is 100% advice to myself, by the way. I always try to juggle many projects at once and I keep forgetting to take proper rest days. I absolutely love my creative work and all the sports I enjoy, but… I tend to pack my calendar with every project and every fun activity possible, and sometimes yes this stresses me out.

So I made this artwork as a daily reminder, and it’s hanging right above my office space telling me to “Take it easy.”
