No matter how many times I have tried to duplicate this, it never worked. I was thinking this as a drawback of the Fluid Art, but it is actually what makes every piece unique. Think of all the humans in this world. Regardless of being brothers, sisters or even twins; they are all created differently. Which one is harder; making the same thing over and over again or creating something different a million times; which requires a marvelous memory?? What would be special about being you, if every other person around you is the same person as you. Your differences are what makes you special!
You are one unique piece of art created by the most gracious creator!

Emotions are not feelings.

And confusing the two changes the way you experience your life.

emotion happens in the body, feelings happens in the mind.
Emotion is instant.

A tightening in the chest.
Warmth in the face.
A heaviness in the stomach.

No words.
Just pure sensation.

A feeling is what the mind does next.
It takes that raw sensation and wraps a story around it. From your past, your beliefs, your wounds.

Someone who grew up feeling safe might experience that tightness as excitement.

Someone who grew up feeling rejected might experience the very same sensation as fear.

Same body.

Different story.

The emotion is real.

The feeling carries the lens through which you see it.

And once you know the difference…

you can ask yourself

Is this really what’s happening…

There were edges they didn’t know how to soften.
They loved each other with the love they knew,
and broke each other with the wounds they carried.

And that’s what made it a perfect mess…

You become the person you needed the most when you were in your darkest times.
And that becoming is often your life’s purpose.

When we go through what feels like “hell,” the psyche is not trying to destroy us. It is reorganizing us. Old identities collapse. Illusions dissolve. The nervous system learns the edges of fear, abandonment, shame, grief. We meet parts of ourselves we once avoided. This is not romantic. It is disorienting, often lonely
In those depths, we search for someone steady; a presence that sees without judgment, that holds without fear, that does not tremble in the dark.

And slowly through therapy, reflection, prayer, silence, breakdown and repair, we begin to become that very presence. The one we once desperately needed.

Neuroscience shows that repeated experience reshapes the brain. Psychology shows that trauma metabolized becomes wisdom. Spiritual language would say: you descend, and you return carrying light. But symbolically, that light is integration. It is the capacity to sit with pain without collapsing into it.

That is why life purpose can take so long to find.

Because you cannot guide through terrain you have not walked.
You cannot hold what you have not learned to regulate.
You cannot light a path you have never traveled in the dark.

Sometimes the road to purpose is long because you are being shaped at the structural level. What is being formed is not a role, but a nervous system that can remain steady in uncertainty. Not a dramatic rescuer, but a regulated presence.
The path takes time because steadiness cannot be borrowed. It must be embodied.

Gradually, almost quietly, you become what you once searched for in others, the grounded voice, the calm presence, the person who does not abandon themselves in the dark.

You become the refuge you once prayed for.

And from that integration, service is no longer an effort. It is a natural extension of who you are. You do not try to light the way.

Hayal et, günlerdir hiçbir şey yememişsin.
Bir anda kapı çalıyor; kapının önünde elinde pizza kutusuyla bir adam duruyor.
Sana pizzayı uzatıyor ve karşılığında senden ne isterse yapmanı söylüyor.
Açlıktan ölmek üzeresin, bu yüzden yemek uğruna elinden gelen her şeyi yapmayı kabul ediyorsun.
O günden sonra, kapının çalmasını sabırsızlıkla beklemeye başlıyorsun.
Günler geçiyor… Bazen hiç gelmiyor, bazen boş kutuyla ya da birkaç kırıntıyla geliyor.
Artık düşünmeden edemiyor, endişelenmeden duramıyorsun.
Şimdi hayal et ki sihirli bir mutfağın var.
İstediğin her an, istediğin yemeğe ulaşabiliyorsun.
Ve o kadar cömertsin ki, bu yemekleri koşulsuzca çevrendeki herkesle paylaşıyorsun.
Sonra bir adam geliyor, kapını çalıyor ve diyor ki:
“Sana bu pizzayı veririm ama karşılığında benim istediğim her şeyi yapacaksın.”
Sen ise sakince cevap veriyorsun:
“Benim mutfağımda zaten her türlü yemek var. Üstelik herkese karşılıksız veriyorum.
Beni yemekle kandıramazsın.”
Şimdi hayal et, bu hikâyedeki “yemek” yerine “sevgi” oldugunu düşünelim.
Eğer sevgiye açsan, birazcık sevgi tattığında, o sevgi uğruna her şeyi yaparsın.
Hatta sadece biraz ilgi uğruna bir köleye dönüşürsün.
Ama eğer kalbinde sevgi çoksa…
Sevgin sadece kendine değil, tüm dünyayadır.
O kadar seversin ki, kimsenin sevgisine ihtiyaç duymazsın.
Sevgini koşulsuzca paylaşırsın “ama”, “eğer” olmadan, beklentisiz seversin.
Bir gün biri kapını çalar ve der ki:
“İstersen seni biraz, yarım yamalak sevebilirim…“
Yalnız, benim istediğim herşeyi yaparsan bu sevgiyi alabilirsin.”
Senin kalbin işte o sihirli mutfak gibidir.
Kalbini açtığında, zaten ihtiyacın olan tüm sevgi içindedir.
Dünyayı dolaşıp sevgi dilenmeye gerek yok.
Sevgi, tam burada içimizdedir.

This piece began as a question etched into my own heart:
Can you let go of what you love?
Not out of indifference, but from a place so full of love that it no longer clings.

The canvas is white—empty, open, silent—holding the words “with+out.”
This is not just absence or presence. It is both. It is the sacred space between the longing to hold and the freedom to release.
A paradox of devotion without possession.
Love, not as a need—but as a state of being.

With or Without You is a meditation on unattached love.
Love that does not bind, does not demand.
Love that can remain, even when the beloved cannot.

Sometimes, to truly love is to step back.
To witness from afar.
To trust that the soul of what we love is always with us—no matter where it is, or who it becomes.
