Oh hi,

Wow - where did those 6 weeks go?

I took some time offline to be properly present with my girls whilst they’ve been off school. No phone in hand, no half-there. Just there. I know we still have a week left of the holidays but I woke up this morning & just knew today was the day to come & is hi!

We put so much pressure on ourselves to always be growing, always be visible, always doing more. But sometimes staying still & just keeping things going without pushing for the next big thing is enough. It’s not failure. It’s just a season.

Also I’m super excited to start a new series on here next week! If you’re a busy chica that is already feeling that September ‘pressure’ - this series is for you.

Adult Commercial Dance Classes have officially arrived on the @nova.danceco schedule and I am so excited to start teaching them..

Tuesdays | 7:30pm–8:30pm
Canford Cliffs Village Hall (Lucas Hall)
Starting Tuesday 23rd June

We’ll be working on the same routine for around 4 weeks at a time, giving you the chance to really build confidence & enjoy the choreography before we switch things up.

On the 21st February 26 I had an idea, an idea I didn’t really think would become a reality… fast forward to the 24th May 2026, we beat all odds, myself and 11 of my amazing friends smashed it.

One of my friends said to me recently ‘find a friend who gets you, who’s on the same vibe’ so with only 2 trained dancers out of 12 girls it proved that sharing the same love of life, living life to the full and getting really good at lying to our partners!! we did it 👏🏻

We secretly met up for 3 months, and we learnt how to dance. None of which would have been possible without @bysteffibe who is not only a fab friend but a very talented and dam right sexy dance instructor, so she set to work!!

1/2 sessions per week @amanda_calland_pilates kindly letting us use her studio we learnt each move together, some quicker than others but my god we laughed, we encouraged each other and gradually it all just clicked.

With each and every one of these special ladies by my side we did it.

Thank you to my ‘Pilates’ 😉 girls not only amazing friends but f**king great dancers ❤️

Nothing.

I work. I parent. I organise. I provide. I do the school runs. Club runs. The food shop. The cooking. The cleaning. I do the endless washing, drying, folding & putting away. I remember everything but forget a lot. I keep the house running. I manage the chaos. Fix what I can. Hold it together. I listen. Comfort. I wipe away the tears. I’m the back stroker. The encourager. The safe place. The referee. I Protect. I show up every single day. I carry the mental load. The worry. The stress. The love.

So I don’t bring anything to the table.
