Double-crested cormorant | غراب الماء أو غاق طويل الأذن 🪶/Nannopterum auritum/A dark-bodied bird with distinctive orange bare skin at the base of its bill. Breeding adults are entirely black, while juveniles and nonbreeding individuals display a lighter-colored breast. Expert divers, they plunge underwater to catch fish and paddle like ducks between dives. Often seen perched in open areas with wings spread wide to dry their feathers. They may gather in large flocks or roam alone.
