My second suspension facilitated by @churchofthewanderinghookrats 🙏🏽
My team of @cherishthepiercer & @matthew.dunn.980 kept me in a safe and peaceful environment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 🤍
This was a ritual of release and finding closure for my own spirit. I was honored to be in the presence of so many beautiful and strong minded individuals.

Happy 1 year ✨️🤎🪡 since I let another human poke me for play!

Thank you @pokesbytanah for giving me this incredible experience. Being out in nature, across from the Colombia River, peaceful music and great company... I couldnt have asked for a better experience.
I have had such anxiety over other people piercing me in the past, so this meant a lot to me, to have another passionate piercer do some conceptual work on me. What an honor and a great journey.

There were so many beautiful photos from this set. Should I post more? 🌞

I had the pleasure of piercing this trio of freinds/co-workers this weekend!
They came in all wanting second lobes and helixes.
However Sara decided she wanted a daith instead, adorned with this cute titanium hinge clicker.
The daith is probably one of my favorite piercings to do right now!

Thank you for the trust!

I had the honor of adding this sweet little surface piercing for Marasyn! 💫

This client came in wanting to re-do an anti-eyebrow. The initial piercing was done wrong, with a curved barbell, leading to rejecting and removal.

Thank you so much for the trust and coming all the way see me. 🦋

I had the honor becoming penpals with @boogiemantattoo and they sent me this sweet gift! 💟
A little snippet of me trying on some jewlery, my favorites are the ear weights for sure! Thank you Chloe! Check out their art and schedule something! @ascendinglotustattoo !

A throwback of a fun set done by @piercedcreature at @spokanepiercing back in March.
Six 14g, and two 10g, making 8 needles total.
This one was very fun (and wet 🩸). I am excited for more in the future.

Thank you to everyone who has been patient with me while I have been on hiatus. There adventures waiting for me, but I promise I will get back to all my clients soon!

This was special and I’ll tell you why..
The first time we met..
there was no history between us, no years of friendship to lean on, just two people choosing to show up with kindness, patience, and care. Somehow, in a space that looked vulnerable, I felt completely safe. That’s rare.
Sometimes the people who leave the biggest mark on us are the ones who make us feel seen from the very beginning🖤
Thank you for this @ipomoae.lilah

6 point • Chair --> Resurrection • (4 point)

This one was intense. I deeply despise being vulnerable with others, it is a great fear of mine.
In my culture, it is forbidden to cry in front of people.

A piece of me has wanted to do a private suspension for a long time, months prior to this.

But no. Tankasula and Uncimaka had other plans.

I plead with the God's and Goddesses. I did not want to be a shame to my ancestors for this.
I did not shed a tear until landing in my sister's arms. Jane, Nic and Lo comforted me every step of the way.
I landed softly to the ground, blud around my feet and skirt. It was a breath of fresh air.
The caregiver in me immediately wanted to reach for supplies to assist.
I had asked Cherish what I needed to do to help, and they said "Nothing. Let us take care of you."

And I lost it. Absolutely lost it.

I sobbed. I broke down into my friend's arms and allowed them to hold me after this experience. I was so afraid to cry. But I was respected and I was held throughout this.

No one knows the pain life has thrown my way the past year. No one knows how strong I have had to be (or pretend to be) in the midst of it all. And everyone who knows me, knows that there is hope, even for someone like myself.

"Sometimes your heart has to break to let the light in."
