THIS is where I STARTED.

Ages 16 -> 20 -> 22 -> 33.

I struggled a lot to gain weight. I was often asked if I was anorexic through school and my late teens. I was reluctant to take my shirt off due to my pectus excavatum. I would only do so around family and close friends.

If any of these versions of me saw what they would grow to look like they would be in disbelief. I have created a body I always dreamed of and am proud of.

I have set an example to others like me. Who are skinny. Who have pectus excavatum. To my children who may be born with the same birth defect. I show them that it is possible to build a strong healthy body.

THIS is why I want you guys to push yourself. Pursue a better body and better health. I want you to make your younger versions proud of where they are going to end up. You deserve to feel the way I feel. You owe it to your past self. You owe it to your present and more importantly, future self to start now.

I want to help you in any way I can. My dms are currently cooked but I'm always ready to help in the discord.
