Back cover summary:
Toni Agosti is having a midlife crisis at age thirty-five. Unsurprising, since she hasn’t achieved her dream job of becoming a cellist in the Los Angeles Philharmonic and, instead, is trapped teaching music all day. She’s also barely surviving in her shaky marriage to former soulmate and new Mr. Condescending, uh…Christian.

When she learns about her ancestor leaving Italy to reestablish his winery in early 1900s LA, she longs to awaken the freedom-filled family legacy and escape her rut. There’s just the tiny problem of no experience, no startup money, and convincing Christian there’s more to life than one rigid plan.

With an already divided heart, an LA Phil audition surfaces at the worst time. Toni is lost and tired of restriction, including hiding time spent with her closest friend, David. Christian must be wrong about David wanting more than friendship…right?

If Toni revives vineyard history instead of continuing as a cellist, she risks losing her marriage and all she’s ever known. She must not only choose between careers but discover herself—including true passion and love—if she wants to survive.

A hugeeee thank you to @sunshinebookco in Clermont, FL for having me at the downtown wine stroll for a book signing. It was such a great night, full of meeting new readers, enthusiastic book and wine lovers (perfect for my novel, THE GIFT), and being part of a community I cherish. Did you know that Antonio Meucci Invented the phone (“telettrofono“), NOT Alexander Graham Bell? He filed the patent but couldn’t renew it due to cost. Oh, my heart bleeds. I’m glad we found out the true genius, who invented it 20 years before we thought it was invented. America recognized this in 2002. Yay Italian Americans! 👏🏻

There’s a wine stroll in downtown Clermont, FL this Saturday AND my book signing at @sunshinebookco ! Will I see you there? I hope, I hope!

Here’s the info from the city:
Rain or shine, come to Downtown Clermont and enjoy sampling a variety of red, white, and rose wines at over 20 participating local businesses.

Wine sampling starts at 6:30pm at each of the 20+ locations. You will receive a map of participating locations at Check-In where you will receive your wine glass and wristband for the evening.

To Check-In for the event, head over to 756 W. Montrose Street - on The Art Walk - where wine glasses & wrist bands for each wine stroller are picked up to start your Downtown Clermont exploration.

In-Person Txs & Check-In starts at 5:30 on at 752 W. Montrose Street. Wine sampling starts at 6:30pm. Photo ID is required.

I somehow had time today to research book 2 in the Vintage Vines series and let me tell you, I LOVED IT! Omg I’m so excited to be working on it. Half the day with writing tasks and half the day with therapy was a dream.
