Finally uploaded years of new work to my website which @margaretmercer rebranded for me—and absolutely knocked it out of the park—in 2023. Link is in my bio, but please open it on a computer for the optimal viewing experience. Here are some screenshots of my favorite images. It’s a weird time to be a freelancer but I am very thankful for all of the work I’ve booked thus far. I think I’m on year five of self-employment? by @c.fenimore

Beyond honored to be included in @esquire’s Big Black Book as one of “11 Americans with Style We Love.” Always weird to be on the other side of the lens but it was a special experience to be photographed by @jamesmacari. Had to rock my beloved @umitbenan trucker I got many years ago with my allowance at Carson Street. You can read the brief interview we did on Esquire’s site. by @c.fenimore

For @LeonBridges, it all began with a bunch of hand-me-downs. "There was a moment, when I was like 20 or 21, where one of my mom’s friends passed down some vintage clothes that he used to rock when he was younger,” the singer-songwriter says. Those clothes, mainly 1960s knits, didn’t just ignite Bridges’s love of vintage style—they literally changed the trajectory of his career.

“I decided when I started making music that I wanted to have that consistency, and I wanted my style to reflect the music.”

That led him down a path of what he calls “retro-futuristic” R&B, evolving from the nostalgic soul of his 2015 debut 'Coming Home' to the danceable grooves of his new album 'Happiness Anytime.' "I love the full spectrum of R&B, and I really try to make my songs reflect that," the Grammy winner says.

At the link in bio, read the full interview, where Bridges dishes on meeting Paul McCartney at President Obama’s birthday party, his longtime love of vintage clothes, and his new album.

Haruomi Hosono has nothing left to prove. At 79, he is one of the most accomplished and influential musicians on the planet, most notably through his work with the pioneering 1970s electropop band Yellow Magic Orchestra.

And yet, the Japanese legend just can’t seem to slow down. He just released his critically acclaimed 23rd solo album, Yours Sincerely, and he’s commemorating that landmark with two rare stateside shows.

A few days ahead of his gig at Radio City last week, @c.fenimore sat down with @houseofhosono to discuss the surprising inspiration behind Yellow Magic Orchestra’s iconic “techno cut,” the difference between American and Japanese style, and what motivates him to continue creating new work five decades into his career. Read the full interview at the link in bio.

@publicschoolnyc’s co-designers @maxwellosborne and @alldaydaoyi’s shared reverence for New York City has always been vital to the DNA of their brand. The pair founded Public School in 2008 and quickly became staples of the local fashion scene, earning a handful of CFDA honors in the early 2010s and eventually becoming creative directors of DKNY. During the pandemic, however, the duo decided to shutter their label, before reemerging with a triumphant comeback show at New York Fashion Week this February.

A few weeks before their spring-summer 2027 runway show, columnist @c.fenimore was given the opportunity to browse through racks of Public School’s still-in-progress collection, and chat with Osborne & Chow about how the brand’s yearslong hiatus helped reset the creative process, their wild new Nike ACG collab, and why they believe producing runway shows in New York is more important than ever.

Throughout his youth, @bankspaulbanks dabbled in a bunch of different art forms: painting, photography, furniture design, fashion. Then he discovered Nirvana, and a career in music became the only thing he wanted. “At the time it was like, ‘If somebody gets to have that job, then I want to be able to have that job,’” the 48-year-old recalls.

For the last three decades, Banks has done that job at the highest possible level. @Interpol, the band he co-founded in 1997, catapulted to fame in the early aughts alongside a wave of fellow NYC indie bands. They’ve remained remarkably consistent ever since, and their eighth studio album—This Mirror Weighs a Ton, which lands today—easily ranks among Interpol’s richest and most replayable records yet. At the link in bio, GQ columnist @c.fenimore catches up with Banks to discuss Interpol’s secret to longevity, living through the “indie sleaze” era, his approach to dressing for the stage, and the tiny Japanese label he buys his staples from.

Heavy music has always been a huge part of my identity. Played in metal and post-hardcore bands in high school and I went to tons of hardcore shows on Long Island and in NYC. So it was pretty fucking cool to feature @listenstonyhconce of @showmethebody in my @gq column. Thanks to the homie @bradleycbledsoe for the assist. by @c.fenimore
