My painting “Texas Pollinator Buffet” is done!!
🌼 🐝 🦋
This Texas native garden is a celebration of nature’s interconnectedness. Among the blooms, viewers can discover 4 bees, 5 butterflies, 1 hummingbird, and 19 tiny ants. The search itself becomes a meditation on attention, abundance, and our shared place within a web of connection. 30” x 20”

Ah! She’s finished!! ❤️ I’m so excited about this piece! The largest watercolor I’ve made by far and what feels like a big step in my artist journey.

Recently I’ve been finding so much joy in painting wildflowers and their pollinators, webs of nature that remind me how interconnected we are.
I’ve finished a collection of small 5x7 paintings, and a some are looking for homes. 🌼
Each original painting is $85. I’m also offering custom 5x7 commissions for $100, featuring up to 5 of your favorite flowers.
There’s something special about living with original art. A small painting can become a daily reminder to notice beauty, pay attention, and stay connected to the natural world around us.
Send me a DM or text if you’d like to see what’s available or reserve a commission. I would love to create something just for you. ♥️

About six months ago I was in a rut with my art and looking for some inspiration. Joe gave me this safety sign and taped over parts of it so it spoke about art instead. I wasn’t sure it would make a difference but then I kept seeing it and noticing it and started doing my art.

I’ve hit a stride and 101 days in a row today. Creating feels more like breathing now, like something I just do every day without thinking too much about it and I’m inspired and loving the process. Thank you to Joe, and my stubborn little sign, for getting me back here. taken in East Austin, Austin by @c.philly
