Dear Longhorn Soccer and Community,

just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for everything this school and this team have given me. Soccer has been more than just a sport to me, it’s been a passion, a purpose, and a family. This is the only sport I’ve ever known, and it’s the one I grew up on. From the very first time I touched the ball, I knew this game would always be a part of me.

Nothing about this journey was easy. I had to work for everything, every spot on the field, every win, every moment of growth, every goal,. There were challenges, tough practices, and lessons I had to learn the hard way, but all of it made me stronger, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.

Along the way, I’ve made some of the best friends I could’ve ever asked for. I will forever carry the love for the people who have been by my side through wins, losses, and laughs. These friendships mean the world to me

To the underclassmen, soak it all in, because one day these are the moments you’ll miss the most. Never give up on your dream

I want to give a heartfelt thank you to all of my past coaches, every single one of you played a role in helping me become the player and person I am today. Your time, patience, guidance, and belief in me meant more than you know. And to my past teammates thank you for the memories, the support, and the moments that I’ll carry with me forever.

To my biggest support system!!!! My family, especially my parents, thank you for being my light through it all. From early practices to long game nights, from the good days to the tough ones, silent car rides home after a bad game, you’ve always been there cheering me on, pushing me forward, and loving me unconditionally. I couldn’t have done any of this without your constant support and encouragement.

Most importantly, I want to thank God. Without Him, none of this would be possible.

Thank you, Hamshire-Fannett, for the memories, the lessons, and the love. I will always carry this team in my heart.
