Just a little morning routine with me and my girl. Getting us both out the door in the mornings is a job in itself 😂 Moms, what time are y’all usually up and moving?

Sometimes life doesn’t go the way you hoped it would. Sometimes the plans you made, the goals you set, and the timeline you envisioned for yourself look a little different than you expected.

And that’s okay.

Life is good. I’m grateful for where I am and for all the ways God continues to show up for me. But that doesn’t mean I won’t experience disappointment when something I hoped for doesn’t work out.

I’m learning that I don’t have to rush past those feelings, force myself to be okay, or immediately figure out what comes next. Sometimes I just need to pray, take a breath, move my body, reset, and give myself permission to simply be.

I can be happy with my life and still be disappointed in a moment. I can trust God’s plan and still need time to process my own.

So, today, I’m giving myself a little grace. No pressure to have it all figured out. Just taking things one day at a time and trusting that what’s meant for me will find me in its time. 🤍

The reaction will always be my favorite part 🫶🏽

Because the best part of the experience isn’t just the finished look. It’s how you feel wearing it.
