Remembering Dad 🤍

Six years ago today, you left us. One of the hardest days of our lives, made even more difficult during such an uncertain time with COVID.

As much as my heart wished for more time, I’m selfishly grateful that you were able to leave this world peacefully, at home, surrounded by your family. We were blessed to have the time we did with you and to share so many precious memories along the way.

Six years later, we still miss you, think of you, and carry you with us every day. I hope you’re looking down on us, watching over our family and guiding us from above.

I’ve had the privilege of watching you grow from little girls into the strong, beautiful women you are today. I’ve watched you find your own paths, make your own choices, experience the highs and the hard moments, and become women I admire so much.

Being your mom has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Through every stage, every laugh, every challenge, every celebration, and all the moments in between… I hope you always know how deeply you are loved.

A trip to San Luis Obispo for our Beckman Varsity Girl’s football 🏈 for the 1st ever “The Cup” California’s Premier High School Flag Football Showdown was unforgettable! Thirty-three years ago, we began a journey together, and what a journey it has been. It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve faced challenges, celebrated victories, and weathered seasons that tested us. But through it all, we kept choosing each other, and that has made our love even stronger.
I’m grateful for every adventure, every lesson, every laugh, and every memory we’ve shared. Thank you for being my partner, my best friend, and the one I want beside me through every chapter of life.
