Police Jiu Jitsu @c4cpjj @c4c_operator Seminar in Southern California Open to all gyms, departments, and LEO or civilians NOT LEO Restricted- the principles and concepts covered can apply to LEO, BJJ, MMA, or self defense Universal principles, concepts, and fight specify outcomes to not take damage or be submitted… This training is not a “technique” but rather straties and a road map to help you stabilize and escape bad positions from bottom over and over Implement these principles with on going training and eventually technique and change your bottom game completely I will also demonstrate how to effectively train yourself and others in a principle and concept based methodology If this seminar does not immediately change your ability to mitigate damage and submissions from bottom I will refund your money at the end of the seminar Come see what years and years of training has taught me, and why as a 58 year old man I am still extremely tough to hold/pin down and submit No Gi gear and bring MMA gloves as well ALL Students Welcome Come Train!! #c4cpjj #copswhotrain #policejiujitsu#police #pfctraining alittlealot invictusleo_official bjjmakeitmandatory fightfunctionalbjj getteady stayready bjj mma bjjlifestyle defensivetactics grappling training thinblueline wegohome consistencyovertime consistencyiskey pjjaffiliated brazilianjiujitsu wrestling combatives pjjnation by @c4c_operator

A key to the near side arm bar is whether I get my foot under the shoulder… This video demos how to cement the position on the near side arm and make it very hard for your opponent to get his arm back Give it a try This weekend s a Gi BJJ technique, but my @c4cpjj folks give it a try as well during class or if you compete #c4cpjj #copswhotrain #policejiujitsu#police #pfctraining alittlealot invictusleo_official bjjmakeitmandatory fightfunctionalbjj getteady stayready bjj mma bjjlifestyle defensivetactics grappling training thinblueline wegohome consistencyovertime consistencyiskey pjjaffiliated brazilianjiujitsu wrestling combatives pjjnation by @c4c_operator
Police Jiu Jitsu @c4cpjj @c4c_operator @mike.bland.bjj Mike running an iteration of a drill he started running in the mid 2000’s when he was still at Vegas Metro We would put hoods over students heads, have them close their eyes, have them turn away, start with one person and have another come from another angle Anything to throw stress and pressure on them and see reactions The work of the AOST crew in the 2010’s led to departments from around the nation coming to watch Metro and how we were training our cops…one of my commendation letters came during my time in this unit for being a part of revamping the training at @lvmpd Grateful to serve on such a high level team #c4cpjj #copswhotrain #policejiujitsu#police #pfctraining alittlealot invictusleo_official bjjmakeitmandatory fightfunctionalbjj getteady stayready bjj mma bjjlifestyle defensivetactics grappling training thinblueline wegohome consistencyovertime consistencyiskey pjjaffiliated brazilianjiujitsu wrestling combatives pjjnation by @c4c_operator

Police Jiu Jitsu @c4cpjj @c4c_operator Drilling an officers potential response of a reaction to a simulated attempt to draw a firearm or other weapon…this is a possible response if the officer and suspect are already in physical contact with one another and the suspect attempts to present while in close contact with each other The officer choose to intercept the @draw” with a split 2 on 1 and then a rear trip takedown… This is an example of one response, but not the only response #c4cpjj #copswhotrain #policejiujitsu#police #pfctraining alittlealot invictusleo_official bjjmakeitmandatory fightfunctionalbjj getteady stayready bjj mma bjjlifestyle defensivetactics grappling training thinblueline wegohome consistencyovertime consistencyiskey pjjaffiliated brazilianjiujitsu wrestling combatives pjjnation by @c4c_operator
Police Jiu Jitsu @c4c_operator @c4cpjj In 1998 I was a rookie cop and walked into @_straight_blast_gym_ HQ in Portland, Oregon and began training with @aliveness_ape Matt Thorton and the late Robert Follis Through my early days with Matt I met @john_kavanagh_coach from @sbg_dublin My BJJ Black Belt is under @chapmanbjj through @impactjj , and he has been an amazing influence one me…but those early days deeply influenced me and Matt and I have remained friends and I continue to learn from him even today Years later I dropped by @sbgireland in Dublin and was treated like I actually have trained there all these years…John and team made time to visit, make sure I had proper swag, and catch up…I am super grateful for the amazing path and group of men I have trained with throughout my career…I often tell people how grateful I have been to train with some of the best dudes on earth, in some of the best rooms, over and over again…consistently over time!! The lessons learned from these men, then tested through ongoing training and field application by myself and at this point 1,000s of Officers, is how I KNOW my LEO curriculum works Men like this made me a better officer and coach…I am so thankful for the opportunity to pass this to my fellow officers Of you are on this training g journey I pray you can be similarly blessed as I have…to the point where you can re-connect with folks who you met early on and they act like you have trained with them the last 28 plus years!! Thanks for the hospitality boys…please let me re-pay the favor in Vegas!! It is also amazing to go around the globe and have such great ties to others #c4cpjj #copswhotrain #policejiujitsu#police #pfctraining alittlealot invictusleo_official bjjmakeitmandatory fightfunctionalbjj getteady stayready bjj mma bjjlifestyle defensivetactics grappling training thinblueline wegohome consistencyovertime consistencyiskey pjjaffiliated brazilianjiujitsu wrestling combatives pjjnation by @c4c_operator
