As Road to College comes to a close, we’re reflecting on all the learning, growth, and unforgettable moments our Leaders experienced together. During Road To College (RTC), Leaders explore college campuses and hear from inspiring speakers to build new connections and envision what’s possible for their future.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Road to College such a meaningful experience. And to our Leaders: we’re so proud of you and can’t wait to see where your journey takes you next.

Camp is off to an incredible start, and we couldn’t wait to share a few highlights with you! 💙

Over the past few days, our Leaders have been hiking, taking on new challenges, building friendships, and creating memories they’ll carry with them long after camp ends.

Every day, our Leaders are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, support one another, and show up as their authentic selves in a space where they feel seen, valued, and empowered.

As part of our partnership with the @dodgersfoundation , we’re bringing our College and Career Accelerator workshops to more than 700 students in grades 7–12 across Greater Los Angeles.

These workshops equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to successfully navigate the transition from middle school into high school, from high school into postsecondary education, and ultimately toward meaningful career pathways.

We’re grateful to partner with the Dodgers Foundation to expand access to opportunities like these because every student deserves the resources and support to build their future.

Camp is the foundation of our 5-year leadership program. During this first summer experience, Leaders meet new friends, build trust, step outside of their comfort zones, and begin creating memories while developing the skills that will support them throughout their high school journey.

The experiences they have and the skills they gain at camp will carry into every year that follows, building confidence and strengthening their leadership along the way.

Creating these learning opportunities outside the classroom allows Leaders to practice what they’re learning in real time, helping those lessons stick in ways a classroom alone can’t.

After an unforgettable time at Bootcamp, we celebrated the incredible Class of 2026 as they officially graduated from C5LA. What began years ago with a leap of faith has grown into a community of leaders ready to make their mark on the world. We couldn’t be prouder of all they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see where their journeys take them. Once a C5 Leader, always a C5 Leader.
