Through yoga, we learn to soften, to listen, and to become present to the quiet space within. And in that stillness, the boundaries between ourselves and the world begin to dissolve. The mountains, the earth, the sky, the breath. All reflections of the same beautiful interconnectedness. Sometimes, all it takes is a moment of presence to remember that the heart is not separate from the world around us. It is our doorway into it. 🌲❤️🪾Creative Flow Yoga @c5studios_bishop Mondays 5:30-6:45 PM. taken in C5 Studios Community Arts Center by @c5studios_bishop

The kind of feedback that makes my heart happy. 🥹❤️ “Your class is broadly welcoming to a big audience and really good at the same time!” Thank you, Sean, for these kind words and for reminding me why I love sharing yoga with this community. Yoga is for everybody, and creating a space where people of all backgrounds and experience levels can come together, move, breathe, and connect is what it’s all about. 🙏🏼❤️ taken in C5 Studios Community Arts Center by @c5studios_bishop
