Allow me to introduce my new sugar mama, @familyfirstlife

Monthly bonus report is in and I earned an extra $1700 for doing my job!

One of the things I found most attractive about this industry is all of the different ways we can earn an income. FFL pays out +/- $5 million/month in bonus’s. Come and get yourself a sugar mama too! #lifeinsurance #sales #business #mindset taken in Digital Empire Development by @c_c_smitty

Our SZN retreat brought together the people building this agency—learning from each other, strengthening friendships, and celebrating the work we’ve put in.

That same support carries into the business:
• Daily training
• 1-on-1 coaching
• Remote life insurance sales
• Opportunities to grow into leadership

We’re looking for coachable people who are ready to learn, put in the work, and help families protect what matters.

Want to see what getting started with SZN looks like?

DM “SZN” and let’s talk.

There is no greater joy than being a parent.

Blessed with a great wife @kay_msmith and we are trying to do our best to raise these kids to the best of our ability. There are days that are hard and exhausting where we feel like we have nothing left to give. This was one of those moments that makes it all worth it!

Our son, Royal, was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder Day Saints. He was so excited and I was so happy to be able to share that moment with him. Proud is an understatement! by @c_c_smitty

Largest exodus since Moses is happening in door to door right now! Everyone wants to be a part of the winning team! Growing, expanding, building, and doing it all from a computer behind our desks! 📈 #lifeinsurance #business #sales by @c_c_smitty

Consistency is key 🔑🔑🔑 if your life was ranked by all the things that you do on a consistent basis, how would your line be ranked? “We rise to the level of our goals, and we fall to the level of our habits” #mindset #growth #leadership taken in Eastmark by @c_c_smitty
