DECEMBER DUMP to End the Year Off Right! 24’ was one for the Books! So many Highs and of course Some Lows! I’ve invested so much into myself this past year and seeing it all pay off in 2025 is my only goal! If you been with me this year you’ve been a witness to the changes I’ve made both outwardly and inwardly. Grab onto something because the Impact will be even larger next year! I asked and prayed to God to “Enlarge My Territory” for his glory! I just kept singing that gospel song over and over in my head! And I’m truly more excited about life than I’ve ever been before! ✌🏾❌ bout y’all! Love, Happiness and Growth to anyone who has been with me and will continue to be with me!

Annual Back ✌🏾 School Drive + Homeless Giveback Let’s make this one bigger!

📦 Donations accepted ALL July

We’re asking for:
💰 **Minimum $20 donations** (goes toward homeless bags w/ food & toiletries)

We also need volunteers tap in ASAP. Multiple ways to donate & get involved, so reach out and lock in.

Grateful. Humbled. Inspired. ❤️
Huge thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and showed up for our Holiday Giveback. Because of YOU, FFSP x Empower truly ended the year the right way.
Together, we gave away 200+ bags of food & essential items, $1,000 to single-family households, and provided jackets, blankets, and warm clothing to those in need. The energy, joy, and love in the room was unmatched.
This is more than fitness and sports-it’s community, commitment, and impact. We’re locked in on continuing these givebacks and can’t wait to have you all a part of the next ones this spring and summer.
