What if a gym helped you perform better for longer? The next generation of fitness is about more than the workout.

On Vitality by Design, Stewart Miller talks about the thinking behind ARKHE—a performance and wellness club bringing training, recovery, health insights, and longevity together under one roof.

A forward-thinking approach to helping people move better, recover smarter, and stay active for the long run.

The best part of being in California is getting to spend time with this little guy! ❤️ These are the moments we treasure most. 🥰🌴 by @c_howe_it_is

This works because it turns a relatable fear into a hopeful, specific insight that invites viewers to share their own experience. Motivation fades, but belonging can keep you showing up.
One friendly hello can make a gym feel less intimidating. What helped you feel welcome in a new space?

My husband surprised me with these beautiful flowers today, making an already special day even sweeter. ❤️🌺

Today I celebrate not only my 52nd birthday, but also 2 years of sobriety! Two years of choosing health, happiness, and a life filled with purpose. So grateful for God’s grace, His blessings, and the beautiful life I get to live. My heart is full! 🙏🏼❤️ by @c_howe_it_is

Happy Birthday, Anna. ❤️

You’ve never needed noise or attention—you simply put in the work and rise quietly.

Your strength, confidence, and incredible shape didn’t happen by accident. It was built by design—one disciplined day at a time.

Consistency. Control. Drive. Execution.

You did this for yourself, and the results speak louder than words. I’m incredibly proud of you—and you’ve never looked better.

Happy Birthday to my beautiful, powerful wife. 🎂❤️ by @c_howe_it_is

A little pre-birthday escape with my favorite person. 🤍

Next week I turn 52 and celebrate two years of sobriety — two milestones that feel deeply connected to God’s grace in my life.

This weekend was about slowing down, reconnecting with my husband, and being grateful for where I am today. At 52, I honestly feel better than I did in my 30s — stronger, healthier, happier, clearer, and more grounded.

My sobriety has been one of the greatest gifts of my life, and I know I didn’t get here on my own. God has carried me, changed me, and given me a peace and gratitude I didn’t fully understand before.

Getting older feels less like something to fight and more like a privilege.

52. Two years alcohol-free. A healthy body, a grateful heart, a beautiful marriage, and a life that feels fuller than ever. God has been so good to me. 🤍 by @c_howe_it_is

Can breathwork really “activate DMT”?

Breathwork and meditation can create powerful sensations—tingling, visual changes, emotional release and shifts in awareness. Research suggests intensive breathing may generate altered states partly through changes in carbon dioxide levels.

However, there is no solid evidence that breathing or meditation releases enough endogenous DMT to produce a psychedelic effect.

The experience can be real and meaningful without exaggerating the explanation.

Breathe slowly. Stay present. Never force the experience.

Educational only. Stop if you feel faint, panicked or unwell. Never perform intensive breathwork in water, while driving or while standing.
