I walk around like I’m okay, but deep down I just want to go ride.

1000m elevation gain up Big Hill, Mount Beauty. Snow deep enough to prop the bike up! Turbo was the only way to cut through the snow and get enough grip to ride.

Got some fun turns in on the way ~ @teammtbeauty taken in Big Hill Mountain Bike Park by @c_j.hall_

Chris finally got to use his 40th Birthday Gift Voucher.
Many thanx to everyone who contributed to him getting to drive an F1 style race car.
The experience Anglo Racing Wodonga was absolutely brilliant. Can highly recommend. 👏🏻🏎️ taken in Barnawartha, Victoria by @c_j.hall_

Philosophical Friday’s

An incredible excerpt from a profound speech.

What could you say you have truly given to the world or other people this year with good intentions?

Lawyer and activist Vernon Jordan on the collaborative nature of life:

"You are where you are today because you stand on somebody’s shoulders. And wherever you are heading, you cannot get there by yourself. If you stand on the shoulders of others, you have a reciprocal responsibility to live your life so that others may stand on your shoulders. It’s the quid pro quo of life. We exist temporarily through what we take, but we live forever through what we give."

Life behind bars

The only kind of quarantine I’ll be willing to endure

I don’t know about you but the last time I checked I had a brain and could think for myself

I choose to lead, question everything and not submit to mass fear and panic

Think outside the box

Find the positives

Being able to work from home I used to think was a luxury

Now it’s a necessity!

It’s time to become independent again

Build your life with the skills you want

Do and achieve the things you want!

Some action from the top of the track at @mtbaust Nationals

Super dry chopped out conditions and possibly the hardest section on the track with the wheel swallowing holes 😳

Just like any challenge life throws at you these guys and girls put their heads down and gave it everything

Very proud to have been part of such a great event this year 🙌🏻 #mtbanats20 #mtblife #freedompreneur #getoutdoorsmore #naturelovers #awesome_earthpix #liveauthentic #thecreative #cycling #cyclinglife #bicycle #australiagram #australialovesyou #ig_australia #iphoneography #iphoneonly taken in Mystic Bike Park by @c_j.hall_

Camera’s just don’t do it justice!

You gotta be in control because there’s no room for out of control here!

It’s the same in life and business really

Just like riding downhill,
When working online you gotta know when to take a different line

Maybe walk down a bit and take a look at what lies ahead

When to hit the brakes and when to go full send🤙🏻 Even then there is only so far you can go on your own
You will need a coach, someone in your corner with your best interest in mind

That is why the online platform I work with has been invaluable to me 🙌🏻 Teaching me the basics to help me get my business off the ground so I can ride more and work less 🤘🏼 Get around the best, so you can be your best😉

Keep it rubber side down 😎✌🏼 .

Bit of rain last week meant time for some maintenance and new parts 👌🏼
New grips, new seat, brake bleed, headset inspection and a wash!

We all love new parts and riding a freshly maintained bike

How often do we take the same amount of care of ourselves?
not just our physical health but mental health also!

The real estate between your ears is the most valuable you’ll ever own ✌🏼😎 .
