Went to see Jaja’s African Hair & Braiding Salon last night and……, yeah, just yeah!!!It 👏🏾 Was👏🏾 Amazing 👏🏾Delivery, Execution, Pace, Truth, Comedy, Music, Drama, did I say Drama and Depth.Consistent from beginning to end. Last night this happened!!! I received my first EVER acting award. I am humbled and grateful.8 years I took a BIG step of faith and trusted God. When I say, it wasn’t in the book or on the trajectory of my life, as I knew it. It really wasn’t. An area I had never considered as a passion, choice, a hobby. In my mind I had no link to the craft in a serious way. But as we know life happens, I was at a crossroad and the compass pointed straight to this path. My first acting lead role, musical theatre, all in one opportunity was as ‘Deloris Van Cartier’ in ‘Sister Act’ with @fmtc.insta Here today in the latest project as a ‘Supporting Lead role’ in the Feature Film ‘Broken Buckets’ by @z.m.films out on Amazon Prime ( and other platforms) on 25th October. I give God, Jesus Christ, the Holy spirt FULL thanks, honour and appreciation. Thanks for every door closed and every door open. Thanks that with every No, God had a bigger YES!Thank you, to all who have prayed, championed, encouraged, applauded, prayed and believed for me.
