A person in motion stays in motion but I can’t find any motion.

Got sick. Had break, went away. Got ready for world half. Not fit enough yet but will be soon. Valencia half next

Look who came to the after party

Had fun. No more misbehaving now. Need to get good at running again

Proof of life

61:28 debut half at Valencia

Satisfactory after a later summer break and messy start to winter training. 4 weeks in with @emmettdunleavy and progress is being made. The self coaching era ends with 3:56.1 mile, 7:42 3000m, 13:14 5000m and 27:42 10km pbs. It was a fun ride but sport moves fast. The next step is the biggest and I keep stumbling on it. Less winging it, more structure. May or may not make it up the step but at least I’ll find out.

On the tools

Might have to race it next year. Too much fun pacing the 2:10 group and seeing @jakeliamsmith98 get back amongst it
