"Those young men must be singers", I whispered to my friends. We were sitting in the breakfast hall at the hotel @premierinn.de in nürnberg just finishing our visit at the @ufohandpanfestival.I went to the table and asked. The one with the sunglasses introduced himself as @naicok from #italy. I spontaneously asked him to play together.It did not even take us 1 minute until we found a good vibe for the perfect harmony to end this beautiful weekend in Germany.❤️🙏🏼 Many thanks to @naicok, @tybdrums and his manager. Yin-Yoga & Klang – Raum für Atmung, Haltung und innere Ruhe 🙏🏻🎶☺️ In dieser besonderen Einheit verbinden sich sanfte Yin-Yoga-Positionen mit den tiefen, harmonischen Klängen von Klangschalen und Handpans. Die ruhigen Schwingungen tragen den Körper in eine Phase der Entspannung und unterstützen dabei, den Alltag bewusst zu entschleunigen.🫁 Yin-Yoga lädt dazu ein, Positionen länger zu halten und den Körper ohne Leistungsdruck wahrzunehmen. Während die Muskeln loslassen, können Faszien, Gelenke und die natürliche Körperhaltung sanft unterstützt werden. Gleichzeitig entsteht Raum, den Atem bewusster zu spüren – ruhig, tief und gleichmäßig.🎶 Die Klänge der Instrumente wirken dabei wie eine Einladung zum Loslassen. Die feinen Vibrationen der Klangschalen und die warmen, fließenden Töne der Handpan helfen, die Aufmerksamkeit nach innen zu lenken. Viele Menschen erleben, dass sich der Atem vertieft und der Körper automatisch eine aufrechte, entspannte Haltung findet.🗣 Diese Aspekte sind auch in der Logopädie von großer Bedeutung. Eine ruhige Atmung, eine stabile und gleichzeitig lockere Körperhaltung sowie ein entschleunigter Rhythmus bilden wichtige Grundlagen für Stimme, Sprechen und Ausdruck. I used the first spring days in Germany and played some handpan in the nature. I had the idea of playing muted chords the whole February and worked on this idea for the February challenge 2026 at ‪@masterthehandpan and @handpandojo with ‪@warren_shanti.I used chords, knuckles, muted dings and chords, ascending and descending tonefields. I hope you enjoy my first spring days.Now I think about a melody as a second part.I played on my E-Equinox-Handpan made by ‪@elaiahandpans#masterthehandpan #challenge #handpan #happiness #spring by @ca.t.pan

Handpanuary 2026 by the amazing @amy_naylor_smiles💚"Finding Joy" Part A on my E-Equinox by @elaiahandpans.In the morning I practiced with 4 slaps after the chord but before recording I missed watching at the sheet again. So, it's a little bit different than Amy's tutorial. 😅 I played with my metronome-groove-app "Drumgenius". I chose the Groove "Mazurka (Cape Verde Islands)"That was a loooot of fun. I tried some little bridges and also wanted to train my finger-roll. I also switched sides/ chords. That was a really lot of fun!🥰🇩🇪Handpanuary 2026 von der großartigen @amy_naylor_smiles💚„Finding Joy” Teil A auf meiner E-Equinox von @elaiahandpans.Am Morgen habe ich mit 4 Schlägen nach dem Akkord geübt, aber vor der Aufnahme habe ich vergessen, noch einmal auf das Blatt zu schauen. Daher unterscheidet es sich ein wenig von Amys Tutorial. 😅 Ich habe mit meiner Metronom-Groove-App „Drumgenius” gespielt. Ich habe den Groove „Mazurka (Cape Verde Islands)” gewählt.Das hat mir sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Ich habe ein paar kleine Bridges ausprobiert und wollte auch meine Fingerroll trainieren.
