It’s been a full week and I finally have the chance to thank @ottawaimprovfestival for having @peakingduckcomedy out! I can’t believe you lets these quacks onto your stage. Nonetheless we are honoured.

Touring with people all seems the same no matter the purpose. The stakes are high, emotions run deep, camaraderie all ways pulls us through. As Emilio Esteves once said “Duck fly together!” taken in Ottawa, Ontario by @ca_ta

Had a beautiful evening out at @spikestable with friends! Love Spike’s food and life philosophy- one of the most memorable meals I have had in a long time. Started with a beef tartare, grilled lamb hearts with a herb sauce, the best lamb soup I have ever had, beef tongue with celeriac puree, pork with roasted squash and a freshly made tarte tatin. 6 courses, good wines and 5 hours later, I was done! Thanks Spike - we’ll be back! by @ca_ta

HYROX Toronto — complete. It pushed us, but we held steady through every station. Colphon gave everything, and I couldn’t have asked for a better partner. Proud of the work, the grit, and the giggles it took to finish. taken in Hyrox Toronto 2025 by @ca_ta

For nine years, this tournament has been more than a weekend of games — it’s been a tradition built on community and connection. Every year we pitch our tents, share stories by the fire, and wake to the sound of cleats on dewy grass. The friendships forged here have grown stronger with every throw, every laugh, and every late-night under the stars. After nine years, the gratitude runs deeper than ever — for the sport, the people, and the memories that continue to call us back.

I did it, 100 burpees everyday for 30 days. It happened and I would like to think I have improved myself for the better. Go out there and do something difficult because you can, not because you have to. by @ca_ta

A week in LA went by in a blink of an eye. From workouts to pickleball to museums to comedy shows to the wandering streets of LA to Leiout to Joshua tree and all of the food in between. I’m grateful to share memories with all of the gems I spent time with. taken in Los Angeles, California by @ca_ta
