The Chicagoland Apartment Association is excited to share that we’ve selected three recipients for our Pathways to Excellence DE&I Scholarship Program!

The Pathways to Excellence program welcomed applications from apartment management companies, property owners, and supplier partners that prioritize diversity and inclusion within their organizations. Each recipient will receive a complimentary one-year CAA membership, providing access to key industry events, mentorship opportunities, and peer networking.

“We’re pleased that the Protecting Renters Ordinance (PRO), with its excessive costs, fees, requirements, and regulatory burdens, has not advanced. At a time when Chicago is facing a housing shortage and affordability crisis, policies that make it more expensive and difficult to maintain, renovate, and build rental housing are the wrong approach.
