Heads-up: this location (unlike Minn Ueno) doesn’t have a front desk or lobby—so no luggage room if you arrive early. Early check-in isn’t available, but you can pay for late checkout.

I thought I was taking a cute little video of Chloe when a woman we didn’t know knelt down beside her and reached in to give her a hug… She was smiling and laughing and wanted me to take a pic of them together.

It caught all three of us off guard and I immediately put my camera down while EJ quickly grabbed Chloe away as she was crying. And then we awkwardly laughed the situation away.

We know what feels unfamiliar to us may be completely normal somewhere else, and in this case I’m sure the interaction was meant to be sweet and loving.

Surprisingly, this wasn’t the only time we experienced something like this during our travels. In most places, people will ask to say hi, play with her, hold her and I’ve even been asked if they could kiss her (I politely said, ‘oh no, thank you’ to this last one 😅)… But when someone we don’t know immediately reaches for or grabs her, it definitely crosses a boundary for us.

Traveling with Chloe has made us experience cultural differences in a completely different way than we ever did before becoming parents. 😅

All aboard the cruise with no ports 🚢

#DisneyAdventure

If you have kids, decorating your door is so worth it! ✨ Even just hanging a little bag outside gives them a fun surprise to come back to throughout the cruise. 🥹

There are dance parties all over the ship throughout the day! 💃🏽 They were the perfect way for Chloe to burn off some energy before bed. ✨

One of the best Disney Cruise perks: laundry rooms! 🧺

But what surprised me the most was the fact that they were busiest on day one… and basically empty on the last day. 🤯

🐥Hiding cruise ducks was just another little highlight for our little fam.

Story time was the cutest, they had them each day with different characters 📖

The first time we walked into San Fransokyo, I just thought it was a cool mashup of two cities. 🫠 Then EJ randomly put on Big Hero 6 in our stateroom and then it all made sense… 😅

Felt like a little kid learning the characters and realizing how all the little details everywhere connect. 🤯

The first night we walked into our room and the sofa bed was made, Chloe was obsessed! 🛌 She was so adamant it was her bed and she ended up sleeping there throughout the entire cruise.

It was her first time ever sleeping by herself, so we were shocked.

She did make me join her after the first night BUT I did have one night of sleep without a knee in my back or feet on my face 😂

I hope she never gets tired of cuddles. Like ever. 🥰

Pixie dusting is basically spreading a little 🌺 Aloha 🌺 around the cruise.

It was so fun leaving little surprises for other guests to find outside their stateroom doors 🥹 And for the kids, coming back to a bag of pixie dust just made the Disney magic feel even more special ✨

Chloe has always been a little nervous to approach characters without us…

But as we were setting our stuff down, we turned around and she was already talking to Minnie, all by herself 🥹

It was the sweetest. ♥️

Disney cruises have rotational dining, so every night feels like a completely different experience—and they’re all so entertaining! ✨

This one was definitely Chloe’s favorite. She was soooo excited to meet the whole gang! 🥹
