Some delicious creations made this week with Farmers Market Produce

•Shrimp and stir fried veggies - Leeks, Peppers, Zuchhinis, onions, with a touch of balsamic vinegar.

•Lamb Meat Balls with Marinara - simply perfect, side of cooked green collards and Kale, and honey roasted carrots.

Jidori Chicken Salad!
On a bed of Romaine, Frisse Lettuce, and Radicchio dressed in House Dressing: Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Honey, lemon and salt. Served with cooked Broccoli. Topped with cooked onions, carrots and celery.

Jodori translates to “local Chicken”. It Originates from japan.
It’s a practice that emphasizes on slow growth, free range, vegetarian feed of the chicken, resulting in a more rich texture and flavor.

This are packed with yummy flavor, consistency and nutrition.
GF and with the star ingredient: butternut squash!

Tip: Bake your Butternut Squash in cubes at 400 F for 40 min. Make puree without the skin and add to wet mix.
Cook until you see bubbles, then flip by @cacao8aguacate
