First time in about 5 years doing @lesmills Body Pump. 💪🏻 My first class was well over 10 years ago! I have seen so much transformation and strength improvement from a total body workout.

Ozzy has been itching to go outside, rain yesterday and sunny day today called for a 6 mile run!

Back at it—> training for Richmond half marathon in 6 weeks! I don’t miss the training load for @ironmantri but I’m also at a loss with my extra time!

Nothing can prepare you for reaching the red carpet, ringing the bell, the excitement, relief and emotion to hear YOU ARE AN IRONMAN 💪🏻

Getting into peak training. 🏊‍♀️ 🚲 🏃🏼‍♀️ Week 9 has brought over 20 hours of activity and nearly 150 miles of distance!!

I’m tired, but finding a place to put the tired. Some days I know I can but just don’t want to- I find the grit to finish. I took a much needed rest day today with only a hot yoga session. Heading into week 10 rested and ready 💪🏻

What I ate…… or what not to eat- EAT MORE. This was the first ride where trusting the process clicked. I felt great!! 😁I was well hydrated, but a little under fueled. Back to the pantry- next I’ll try some homemade bites and liquid carb mix.

I learned so much this weekend, from better jumps, drops and cornering. I met great women, camped and as always have more respect for the trail with gained confidence! 😁

Philly Women’s Triathlon 🏊‍♀️ 🚲 🏃🏼‍♀️ It was a fun event, full of support, cheers and encouragement. When most triathlon fields have significantly fewer women than men, having a race with 860 women is amazing!!!

.
I placed 7/119 in my age group and 38th overall! 💪🏻
